Is anyone with me on this? Why the bags over the head with duct tape around them? They obviously had to hang around til they were sure they were dead. I say "they" because IMO more than one. Were they able to do that because both were unconcious? Or did they not want to see their faces? Sometimes murderers will cover their victims face because they dont want to "fell" like the deceased is looking at them. We know from the news report the other day that J & L had prescription drugs in their system but has it been published what the actual cause of death was ?

also read about 2 cases in Ohio of recent home invasions, 4 guys wearing ski masks, they go when people are home...maybe someone in their outer orbit heard parents were gone...and it was just a thug thang...nope, i don't buy it...it was personal!

I've always thought it was because they didn't want to see their faces...I've also always thought they went in with the tape and ski masks- thinking they were going to get drugs/$$$$$ and bind them up with the tape so they could rob/whatever....things got ugly...Johnny is shouting at them, bigger struggle than thugs anticipated, Johnny may have pulled off one of the masks-seen their face....killers knew now they HAD to kill....grabbed "Bed, Bath & Beyond bags" that they found under the sink or somewhere...

i think the duct tape around the bags was to remove air from the bags so they would suffocate faster.imo

Yep NightOwl, Oxy's out of control...was in our paper, this married guy, nice guy, worked hard, great job, etc....had back surgery...got so hooked on oxy's he was breaking into houses! They say much stronger hold on you than even heroin ...like crack...geesh....

What about the kids from that area? The crowd Lisa hung with were not saints . A lot of them are into drugs, stealing, robbing. One of the kids from that area was in the toledo arrest logs about 2 weeks ago for breaking into an occupied home. Just saying. These little drug addicts are everywhere.

Sharit, but why the bags? Why that? That takes time unless they were unconcious already and put them over the head to suffocate them to save time so they could get out of there making sure they would die. If Johnny was on the phone with Tiffany when they came, and they knew that why use the bags? Something that would take time. Either the phone call story was BS or the phone call story was BS. IMO

What if the perp/perps were hiding in this house for a while, since they already scoped it days prior. I'm guessing a couple hours or so, and when JC left to pick up LS, they began rummaging throughout the house for money. JC comes back with LC and startles the suspects. They wait fir the two to enter the house, jam the couple up. Both are now in the hands of killers that are professionals, ski masks, gloves, guns, the whole nine. Now the killers duct tape up the victims, telling them certain death unless they come up with something. They throw the killers a few ideas, a safe, money in the vents, safe in the walls. That key that was found, was a diversion to buy the victims more time. All IMO.

I said possibly Johnny or Johnny and Lisa. I'm just trying to think of different scenerios. People on drugs will go to great lengths these days to get more money for drugs. One builds a tolerance to opiates quickly. It is not uncommon for them to be doing a few 80 mg's a day. It's 40 bucks for the original OC's or 20+ for the generic OP's. Kid's don't usual have that kind of money. They get in debt quickly and they will sell off whatever they can.

Think about my theory. What if it was just Johnny's idea and Lisa had no clue about the plan. Johnny would have to act like he didn't know them or Lisa would figure it out. Just another crazy thought.
