Of course she does LC! Stupid Twat enjoys the animated show! She's such a douche. Surprised her family was in the courtroom today for the entomologist testimony!

Thanks LC for your more eloquent breakdown.

Moving forward... when is Baez going to realize how unqualified he is to handle this case? Is it me or is he extremely unprepared and very argumentative with witnesses'?

Given the case against Casey, what do you suggest a different attorney
would do? I am not being argumentative, just curious.

plea bargined the case and try to eliminate the death penalty.

I'm not so sure the jury is going to find for the death penalty anyway, they won't if they are smart, they will give her life + 200 years and let her rot in prison, the death penaty gives her the appeals automatically and along with that the attention she seems to crave, life + she will be forgotten in a month.

I'm really not sure what any attorney could do for her other than plead her out, or have her throw herself on the mercey of the court and stop this charade! Being that I live in Florida and have seen/read about this circus from day one, he just comes across very unprepared, smug and just a plain dipshit! Throwing George and Lee under the bus in his ridiculous opening statement didn't help either! The balls to state such a horrendous allegation with absolutely one shred of proof has left a very bad taste in my mouth!
I'd love to hear what you think WolfHouse.

I looked at the pics with the tape super imposed over Caylee's face and skull. Although I said that I wanted to see them, I found them to be disturbing. The pics of the chewed up bones and the matted hair turn my stomach as well. I have always been hooked on all those forensic shows and murder mysteries. They may not show pics but some share very graphic details or reenactments. Since the murder of Lisa Straub and Caylee I can barely watch those shows. When I see a reenactment of a young girl being brutally attacked and murdered I imagine their fear and I wonder what was going through the minds of Lisa, Caylee and other murder victims. I find myself turning these shows off now.

I have been thinking about the duct tape. Maybe someone mentioned this already...I have read all the posts but maybe I missed it. Let's say, for example, that Casey's scenerio is true ( I personally don't believe it is). Maybe Casey willl claim that George wanted to take care of disposal of the body and he could make it appear to be a muder ( because as a cop he would know how to accomplish that). If Casey didn't put the tape on then George or the man that found the remains did (It is far-fetched that anyone would find a body and do that). I don't believe that even some of the most stupid criminals would use the same duct tape that could be found in their home. So I cannot believe that George, who has knowledge of crime scene investigations, search warrants, etc., would be so careless as to use the same duct tape as the type on the vent of his gas can!! I do realize that most of us have duct tape in our homes, but how many have duct tape with writing on it?? I have never seen or heard of this type of tape. I find it almost impossible to believe that George would make such a stupid mistake and overlook such incriminating evidence. I have heard that most perpetrators ( murderers in particular) leave something behind at the crime scene and thus fail to cover all their tracks, but this error would be analogous to a killer using a butcher knife that is an exact match to the set in their kitchen (the set minus one).

So I deduce that George had absolutely nothing to do with the tape and did not suggest it's use or give instructions to Casey about it's use. So that leaves me with only one conclusion....The man that found Caylee's remains did not put tape over Caylee's face (absurd theory) so Casey did it!!! Everything seems to be fitting together and all the facts and circumstantial evidence points in one direction only ( at least in my opinion).

I think Casey buried Caylee by the playhouse until she could devise a better plan. She pulled her car into the garage for privacy ( the neighbor indicated that she had never done that before). She borrowed the neighbor's shovel ( she used her dad's shovel to bury Caylee, but now the shed is locked). She dug up Caylee's body and placed her in the trunk. She kept Caylee in the trunk for several days ( the Entomologist testified that the body was in the trunk for several days). She kept her in the trunk because she didn't know what in the hell to do ( George testified that Casey seemed determined to keep him away from the trunk).

I am just so damned anxious to see if Casey will go on the stand. That Bitch better take the stand. I think if she does she will get tripped up on her own lies. I would love to see that. I will laugh my ass off. I can't wait!! Chronic, pathological liars have to make up more lies to cover the other lies. Pretty soon they forget what they said and who they said it to.

I just pray that some dumbass juror doesn't pull an O.J.!

BTW...when Casey was ill what were her signs and symtoms? Did she pass out, feel like she was going to pass out, vomit?? Or did she just need a day in the privacy of her cell to perfect her fake crying spells and brush up on the "poor me..I'm a victim" skills??

You don't have to read the whole post. I just really want to know what others think about the duct tape and Daddy!

Well said, Bravo!
I completely agree with each point you have stated. As for Casey being sick? She started breathing like she was going to puke or had anxiety, wiping her mouth, sipping water, putting her head down, just to name a few. She very well could have been sick, realizing what she did to her own daughter (doubtful) or was just putting on a show for the jury to gain sympathy (more plausiable).
I would LOVE it if she did take the stand. Some have said she MUST to drive home Baez's ridiculous opening statement regarding George and Lee sexually abusing her, Assistance State Attorney Linda Burdick however, will eat that bitch up and spit her out! Oh please, please Casey, try to match wits with Ms. Burdick... I would pay money to see that! In the end though, Baez will not allow her to do so, it will be the nail in her friggin' coffin!!!
I wonder if Juror #4 is still rolling her eyes and acting bored with the proceedings. She's the one who said she could not judge anyone! Twat

I would be delighted if more people felt that way.

So, you find it acceptable that our world is filled with those that judge others?

trouble is, a juror is REQUIRED to judge someone, and she should have been struck from that jury. if anyone hangs it up, it will be that one.

i know Judge did not want photos out there...but he allowed the public to see them in the courtroom. so all bets are off, what's good for the Orlando public peanut gallery is good for the rest of us.

here is autopsy photo of Caylee's remains/skeleton.

I don't ever want to be in that position. I don't want to sit on a jury. I don't want to be responsible for someone's life and if I was forced to I would take my revenge in the form of hanging it up.

I think the point is that the jury is not there to judge "someone". Rather it's there duty to judge the "evidence" of a crime. Just sucks to be the criminal.

i know you are :stir_shit: now. i am not going to bite. Bottom1

however i will say this...it is our duty as citizens to participate in this form of American jurisprudence. fortunately, people who feel that way can get out of jury duty by expressing that sentiment. the woman should have been struck. stealth jurors, those with an agenda like writing a book or sabotaging a case, are a slap in the face of Lady Justice.

I absolutely do! When you commit a crime (and we all know Casey killed her daughter, either accidentally or premeditated) our legal system says you are etitled to a fair trail and to be "judged" by a jury of your peers. With all due respect, what about this trial "delights you if more people felt that way"?

I got a reply from the fb forum Adub and I saw them at, luckily they copied them before they were removed:

Casey Anthony Legal Forum Updates The bones photo was removed because the Orlando Sentinel leaked one that shouldn't have been photographed. We had to remove it.

I'm delighted that there are people out there who are uncomfortable with judging others, unfortunately the only example I have is associated with this trial.

I can't believe it, July 6th (posponed from Jan 17, when I was out of state) I have jury duty AGAIN, after already having been called upon 16 or 17 times (so many I forget) in the last 25 years!

I did my civic duty, leave me the frig alone already. I served on two juries, both about lawsuit cases. After the first 4 to 5 days, it gets a little boring. If they assign me to a jury this time, look out!

Understood. The reference I'm making though only has to do with any trial, not passing judgements on people in general though. If we didn't have people that were willing to view evidence in a case and then pass said judgement, what kind of a world would we live in? I for one am perfectly comfortable looking at the facts and sending someone to death row if the evidence is proven that they in fact committed the crime and from all I have seen, it leads right back to Casey.
