In the video, a group of women are seen punching a man and hitting him with water bottles.

Another woman started screaming at an elderly woman.

"Hey everyone, this old lady is pushing. She wasn't even here," the woman yelled.

Friday's fight was not the first time violence broke out among spectators waiting in line for one of the 50 courtroom seats available to the public each day.

Something huge happened for the prosecution today. When BugGuy was testifying, he said that he had been called by the defense attorney on December 11, 2008. Baez got an "oh, shit" look on his face. The big deal is that this date is when remains were found in the area near the Anthony's. The remains weren't identified as Caylee's until December 18.

A few weeks earlier, some remains were found at Blanchard Park and there was speculation that Caylee had been found. The defense didn't call a bug expert then.

Presumably this is because when the Blanchard Park remains were found, defense attorney asked Caylee "Do we have anything to worry about?" and she said no. When the remains were found near the Anthony's, the answer was obviously different.

Edited to add: Talking heads were speculating as to whether Ashton would bring this up today or wait until the closing statement (I guess he's waiting).

i suspect defense will say that it's just a coincidence, that they hired bug guy to examine the car.

and nobody is privy to whatever baez may have ever asked casey.

I have problems with people who continually refuse to answer closed ended questions with anything other than: "Yes" "No" "I don't know".

Seems a little harsh. Especially considering that those people were there the night before waiting on line, and got very little, if any sleep. After all, they "weren't" the juror's, just spectators, catching 40 winks.

people who can stay awake would like those seats. it's not a motel. there needs to be some decorum maintained in that courtroom. not some assholes snoring.

opening statements aren't evidence.

they are not evidence as i pointed out way back, but the ethical attny. will stand by his openings and provide the jury with something to back up his statements/allegations. so far baez has not done that, the fact is he CAN'T prove his opening. he DID assume the burden when he made those claims! and the jury, who is waiting for just that, will be pissed off. the defense has not rested, perhaps he will have his Perry Mason bombshell moment by putting casey on the stand, which will prove only that the Telemundo lawyer himself is insane. and even if he did, who would believe her? or maybe he is going to browbeat george into confessing.

note: the crowds are coming back to the ant's house lately, and to the site where remains were found. it's stupid and useless to do either.

long story short, baez may be held in contempt at end of case. (in fairness to defendant.) he is not adhering to court orders about sneaking in testimony that is not in evidence. baez has really pissed off this Judge repeatedly.
