undercovercameo, that is a good question, as far as I know it is a volunteer program and she may be there just for Court to comfort people. Maybe some others on Mock know more.

If ohio abolishes the death penalty straubs murder was commited when the death penalty was legal......New mexico abolished the death penatly in july 2009. Google "Astorga death penalty...." astorga who was found guilty for killing an on duty officer sometime before july 2009 is currently an example of wht could happen to williams if he is found guilty.

But then there is California...Charles Manson was sentenced to death but that sentence was commuted to life in prison in 1972 when the supreme court temporarily abolished the death penalty. Since then, California now has the death penalty, but it does not look like Charles Manson was ever placed back on it. Lets hope more states are like NM instead of CA.

Tw may not be family, but how does she not fit in to the crime some how or another, come on. She was on the phone with JC when this went down, she admitted she went to the longacre home.
