Rampant Abuse and Murders of Children
(12-21-2011, 09:50 PM)Cheyne Wrote: It looks like there is a baby in a white snowsuit behind and to the left of the duct taped child. "Daddy" is 21, how many kids does this douchebag have?

He needs to go to jail for this, wake his ass up. Who does this?

Yes it does look like another baby in the left side of the picture, unless its just a snowsuit with nobody inside of it.

The duct-taped child looks older than a 1 year old. So maybe there are two children, the older one in the front with the tape and a baby in the background. Either way, somebody should duct-tape him and throw him in prison with some hard core criminals.

Five kids a day die in America due to child abuse. That is 1,825 a year. We never hear about most of them.

A 'mother' has been arrested after attempting to sell her eight year old daughter for sex just four days before Christmas.

Sue Ellen Mims is alleged to have said she would accept $100 for allowing an unknown man to have sex with her daughter.

The 33-year-old had approached a man near her home in Panama City, Florida, offering her daughter for sale for sex.

The man contacted police and said Mimms had told him the girl would do anything he wanted.

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - The mother of a missing child has been arrested and charged unlawful conduct towards a child after police say she gave false and inconsistent information to investigators on the child's whereabouts.

Authorities say 18-month-old Amir Jennings was last seen by his family members during the Thanksgiving holiday.

The mother, 22-year-old Zinah Demaris Jennings, is currently at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center following a hearing where bond was set at $150,000 surety.

Initially, police say, Zinah's family members were worried that Zinah and the child had gone missing after being unable to get in touch with the pair earlier in December. A missing persons report was then filed on both Amir and Zinah.

On Christmas Eve, according to police, Zinah was involved in a car crash on Millwood Avenue. The responding officer found Zinah in the missing persons directory and immediately asked her about her son.

Investigators say Zinah gave false and inconsistent information to the officer.

Amir remains missing and police are looking for any leads that might help them locate the child.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Amir Jennings, you are asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.

A boy, who was beaten to death, was covered in more than 100 bruises and had two black eyes when he was found.

Dustyn Skyler Roff, four, was allegedly killed at his mother's apartment by her boyfriend, 21-year-old Michael Allen Seaton.

The mother Britni Glover, 23, told authorities that she allowed her boyfriend to look after her son while she went to work. She said Seaton had told her that Dustyn got the black eyes from 'a fall'.

According to reports filed at the Harris County District Attorney's Office, the child had two black eyes, a cut on his chin and bruises all over his body.
There was also severe damage to his internal organs. His cause of death was found to be blunt-force trauma.

The bruises were at different healing stages, showing that the young boy had been beaten viciously over a number of weeks.

Michael Allen Seaton, 21, is being held in Harris County over the death of his girlfriend's four-year-old son

On the night of December 15, the mother returned from work and witnessed Seaton punching and kicking her child.

Later, after the boyfriend had left her home, she said Dustyn complained of a sore stomach and collapsed.

At 5am the following morning, she discovered her son unconscious and not breathing so she called emergency services. Dustyn was pronounced dead at the scene.

Glover has also been charged with injury to her child, serious bodily injury, and for not protecting him from Seaton.

According to Dustyn's father Charles Blake Roff, his estranged wife had taken the boy during a visit and he had been trying to locate his son's whereabouts for four months. YOU MARRIED THAT UGLY HO?

At a news conference yesterday, the 25-year-old said he was the boy's sole caretaker until that time and was working on gaining full legal custody of him, according to chron.com.

The couple are in the middle of a divorce and had not yet worked out custody rights for their son.

Prior to the child's death, reports had been filed with Child Protection Services for neglect and possible physical abuse.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Federal agents said the man accused of sexually assaulting and killing a 1-month-old baby girl had recently sneaked back into the United States after being deported to Mexico four months before the crime.

Police released a recording of the 911 call that indicated the baby was already dead before anyone contacted the authorities.

"(The) baby was taking a bottle and choked and couldn't stop, and the baby has now passed away," the caller told a 911 operator.

According to a criminal complaint, sheriff's deputies found a 4-week-old baby girl battered, with blood pooling around her clothes all the way into the footie of her Onesie. Officers said the baby had two black eyes, a bite mark on her cheek, brain bleeds, a lacerated liver and anal and vaginal tearing. The 911 operator asked the family to perform CPR, but it was too late.

"The baby's gone," the caller said.

Authorities said they arrested 37-year-old Juan Galindo on charges of sexual assault and child abuse resulting in death. Officers said Galindo admitted he was high on meth when he assaulted the baby.

According to court documents, the baby's mother was at a casino early Thursday morning while her daughter was subjected to the fatal sexual assault. Court documents also said Galindo had tried to revive the baby, but when he couldn't, he took her lifeless body outside and sat with her on the porch for three hours.

According to the criminal complaint, the baby also had rib fractures in various stages of healing, which indicate that she had withstood abuse for over a period of time.

Immigration officials said Galindo, a convicted felon, may face 20 years in prison just for coming back into the country. Investigators said it's still unclear if anyone else (the mother) will face charges in the incident.

MASON CITY — The Mason City Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating a premature newborn baby after cleaning staff at the Iowa Workforce Development Center found an umbilical cord and placenta in one of its restrooms Saturday.

Officers have located the mother, Chanel Hanley, 19, of Charles City, according to a news release from the Mason City Police Department. However, she has not cooperated with the police, the release stated.

The Charles City Police Department assisted the Mason City Police Department in the case over the weekend and arrested Hanley late Saturday night in Charles City on two Floyd County warrants for failure to appear on charges of alcohol possession under the legal age and fifth-degree theft.

Charles City Police Chief Mike Wendel said Hanley was released on bond shortly after she was booked into the Floyd County Jail on those charges.

The baby is believed to be 29-32 weeks old and weigh about 3 pounds.

The Mason City police have begun searches of the area around Iowa Workforce Development and will expand the search from there, said Police Chief Michael Lashbrook.

Anyone who may have information about the case is asked to contact the police at 641-421-3636.

Nicholas McRoberts admits he has an anger issue.

It cost his six-week-old son his sight and possibly his future.

McRoberts, 27, was sent to prison Tuesday for eight years -- the maximum allowed -- after earlier admitting he beat and shook six-week-old Devin McRoberts so violently that the child now is blind and likely never will see. The father initially blamed his infant’s injuries on his two-year-old son, a child McRoberts also was accused of beating.

A disgusted Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Robert Ruehlman chewed McRoberts out -- and wondered why state law makers can’t make punishments more severe for those who brutally beat infants.

“You destroyed your son’s life and he’s ruined. He’s blind,” Ruehlman told Nicholas McRoberts.

“(He) won’t be able to function or hardly walk. Six weeks old, beat this kid, page after page of (his) injuries. Broken ribs, Broken skull. Six-week-old little baby. Damaged brain and you only get eight years.”

McRoberts was watching his six-week-old son June 10 at their Reading apartment when McRoberts beat and shook the child, then waited 2½ hours before calling 911 for help.

“There’s no way he will ever get his sight back,” the judge said of the victim.

“His language and adaptive skills are going to be delayed. (The father) essentially just blinded his little baby.”

That child was represented in court Tuesday by Mary Ann Ford, a guardian ad litem, an attorney assigned to look out for the infant’s legal well-being. She’s also the lawyer for McRoberts’ two-year-old child, the one the father blamed for hurting the infant before later pleading guilty.

Ford said McRoberts’ children were taken away but eventually returned by the Department of Job & Family Services.

“You hate to hear little kids cry,” the judge told McRoberts, quoting from a psychiatric report on McRoberts. “It makes you mad.”

“I will admit that I do have a bad temper,” McRoberts responded.

Ruehlman made a dire prediction he hopes doesn’t come true.

“You will probably have more kids and probably beat those kids, too,” the judge told him.

“He should never be able to have any more kids.”
that can be arranged

CURRITUCK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) - A Currituck County teenager is accused of using scissors to stab her infant daughter to death, according to the autopsy report.

The autopsy report was released Jan. 10 by the N.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner this week.

Rebecca Blackmore is charged with first degree murder for the death of her baby. She was released on a $250,000 secured bond.

According to court documents, Blackmore was brought to Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach after her mother found her in the bathroom at home with blood in the bathroom on June 17, 2011.

In the course of the evaluation at the hospital, it was discovered that Blackmore had been pregnant and admitted to having delivered the infant at home.

According to information provided to the local medical examiner, the patient stated that the infant was born not breathing and blue between midnight and 1 a.m. She reported stabbing the infant with a scissors, wrapping the body in a blanket, and placing it in a closet.

The autopsy examination revealed a term infant who appeared otherwise healthy but had stab and cutting wounds on the chest and neck. External and internal injuries were consistent with the infant being alive at the time of the injuries, the autopsy report said.

Neighbors have mixed feelings about the case.

Larry Ashbrook said, "I think it's terrible if that's the way it went. I'd like to know both sides before I make any judgment. It's too many quick judgments in this world."

Neighbor Sherry Dudley countered, "I think she should be tried for murder and put away for whatever they want to put her away for. You don't kill a kid."

Well it's taken 3 plus months but they have finally identified the remains of a 2 year old girl who went missing in July 2011 and was not reported until October 2011.

Police have confirmed the remains of a young child discovered at a site within the Six Nations Territory in October are those of two-year-old Marissa Whalen.

DNA analysis confirmed what police had suspected when the remains were found approximately three months ago.

The Fort Erie toddler was reported missing on Oct. 8, 2011 and investigators quickly learned she had been gone from her home since July.

Charged in the case is Rosanne Whalen, the girl's mother, who faces a second-degree murder charge. The 23-year-old is also charged with criminal negligence causing death, accessory after the fact to murder and committing an indignity to a body.

Rainbow Hill, 28, is also charged with second-degree murder and committing an indignity to a body.

Amanda Dipota, 30, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder and committing an indignity to a body.

3 fucking women charged in this, make me sick!
I am so glad the Marissa's remains have finally been identified, I have thought about her a lot.
Unfortunately with the laws here, they probably won't get the prison sentences they should

Heartless bitch!!

DES MOINES, Iowa — An Iowa woman accused of killing her newborn twin daughters after giving birth at home was ordered held Wednesday on $1 million bond.

Jackie Burkle, 22, of Huxley, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her newborn twins last week. She made her initial court appearance Wednesday and was being held in the Story County jail. A telephone message left for her attorney was not immediately returned.

Police found the infants’ bodies Saturday in the trunk of Burkle’s car, parked in front of her home, across the street from the police department in the town of about 2,800 people, about 20 miles north of Des Moines.

According to court records, police went to the duplex where Burkle lived after receiving a call to check on her.

Court records show Burkle was seen Jan. 5 at work and “appeared to be pregnant.” She was seen at work two days later and did not appear to be pregnant “with a completely different appearance.”

Police have released few details but said Wednesday that Burkle lived her with parents. A telephone message left at a number for a listing at the same address was not immediately returned.

Burkle’s family issued a statement Wednesday afternoon asking for privacy.

“The events of the past few days have been incredibly devastating,” her family said. “This is only the beginning of a very long and painful process. However, the family of Jackie Burkle does not have any comment at this time.”

A woman who said she is the manager of the Casey’s General Store, a convenience store where police said Burkle worked, declined comment.

Huxley Police Chief Mark Pote said Burkle is not married and that investigators were working to identity the children’s father. Burkle has no other children, he said.

Neighbors and “several people” who were interviewed by police did not report hearing or seeing anything unusual, Pote said.

He declined to provide any details about how the children died or the condition of their bodies when they were found. It also was unknown why Burkle gave birth at home, Pote said.

“There’s going to be a lot of unanswered questions for everyone, including law enforcement, for a while,” the chief said.

Bill Walljasper, a spokesman for Casey’s General Store, said a co-worker of Burkle’s called police after noticing a physical change in her appearance and became concerned about her health.

He said Burkle, who had worked at the store for more than six months, was scheduled to work the day police were called. She had come into the store but Walljasper said he didn’t know if she came in to work or as a customer. The store is only a few blocks from Burkle’s home.

“It’s a very tragic event,” he said. “It’s a very hard one to cope with.”

Autopsies were performed Monday but final results, including lab tests, will not be available for four to six weeks.

Michael Motsinger, special agent in charge with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, said the infants survived the birth but he did not know if they were full-term.

Court records show when police arrived at her home Burkle agreed to go to a hospital and have a blood test that indicated she had been recently pregnant. She acknowledged she gave birth to twins and told officers where to find the bodies.

She also acknowledged that she “acted or committed certain acts to terminate the lives” of the babies on Jan. 6, court records show.

Motsinger declined to elaborate on how the infants were killed, citing the ongoing investigation.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Jan. 20. If convicted of first-degree murder, Burkle would face a mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole.

I don't know if anyone has followed this story, but today closing arguments were to start this morning in the case of the murder of 4 yr old Dominick Calhoun!!
Port Huron is 45 mins away, I wish I could go to the courthouse today.

I hope this sweet boy gets his justice today, he did not deserve to go through what he did!!

Here is some background:

ARGENTINE TOWNSHIP, Michigan — He was the little boy everybody wanted, with his big blue eyes and even bigger personality.

For more than a year, Dominick Calhoun moved from home to home as his mother, father and maternal grandparents each argued they could best care for the blond, rough and tumble boy.

Dominick Calhoun, 4, died Monday after police found him severely beaten Sunday in his Argentine Township home.

Sunday, Dominick was found unconscious in his Argentine Township apartment with bruises covering his body and all of his teeth knocked out. The once vivacious 4-year-old died at 11:02 Monday morning, after he was removed from life support.

His mother and her boyfriend both were arrested Sunday. The mother, who was also injured, was later released.

Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton said the boyfriend remains in jail on suspicion of felony murder and he expects to announce charges today. Leyton declined to comment about the ongoing investigation.

“He was such a precious, precious boy,” said his paternal grandmother Lisa DeLong, 50, of Fenton. “Not just because he was my grandson, he was just so smart.”

Dominick was a Daddy’s boy who loved hanging out with the guys and driving his little red Viper, his “pride and joy.”

Here is today's update and the SOB who beat Dominick senselessly

Livingston Daily - The jury is expected to begin deliberating the fate of a former Livingston County man accused of brutally beating a 4-year-old boy to death.

Closing arguments in the murder trial of Brandon Joshua-Frederick Hayes are set to begin at 9 a.m. today in a Port Huron courtroom. The jury begins deliberations after a judge's instructions following those arguments.

The family of 4-year-old Dominick Calhoun is confident the jury will give them "sweet justice" by convicting Hayes of murder, torture, child abuse and other charges in connection with Dominick's murder.

Testimony throughout the six-day trial indicated the beating occurred the weekend of April 8, 2010, after Dominick wet himself while eating breakfast on the couch in the family's Argentine Township apartment.

Hayes also is accused of assaulting Calhoun's then-7-year-old brother and the boy's mother, Corrine Baker, who testified that Hayes beat and kicked her as she wrapped herself around Dominick's body to try to shield him from the blows.

Witnesses also testified that Baker did not seek help for her son when given the chance.

The defense painted Baker as a woman who failed to get help when she could because she was responsible for beating her son and did not want to get into trouble.

Baker pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in August for not doing enough to help her son. She faces 13-30 years in prison when she is sentenced.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -
A 22-year-old man pleaded guilty Thursday to murder and child abuse in the death of his 2-month-old daughter last year.

Bryan Wofford faces life in prison when he's sentenced next month for killing Makayla Wofford.

Prosecutors said Wofford admitted to shaking his baby daughter who wouldn't stop crying and slamming her into a door.

Makayla was taken to Baptist Medical Center on May 30, where she was placed on life support. She was removed from life support on June 2 and died the same day.

An autopsy revealed a skull fracture on the back of the baby's head as well as bruises on her forehead. The girl's death was ruled homicide by blunt-force trauma.

Police said that rather than Wofford calling 911 or immediately taking Makayla to the hospital, he drove the baby to her mother's place of work to say something was wrong. The girl's mother, Toni Pesavento, called police.

Investigators said Makayla's parents were not married but were living together.

There were no other children in the home. The baby was their only child.
