How often do you get sick?
#1
Do you get sick every winter? Do you get a flu shot? Are you one of the lucky ones that never gets sick?

I have a crappy cold now. Every winter I get a cold that turns into bronchitis. I don't smoke. I am pretty healthy I think. I eat well and take my vitamins. I get a flu shot. Yet every winter I get bronchitis. It's annoying.

I try to stay fairly healthy, my oldest has asthma pretty bad and any cold or flu he gets seems to get him in real trouble. That being said, I was sick twice this "winter" season.
Just shut up. Just shut the fuck up right now.

I tend to get hurt more than I get sick.

I went years without getting so much as a sniffle & then I had a birthday with a zero in it & I get a least one cold every winter now.

I got my first flu shot ever this past fall.

I never get a flu shot, I smoke ciggs, I smoke weed, I eat unhealthy food...I get an occasional cold every few years. I haven't been sick since 1998, 1988 before that. Both of those times I wished I was dead.
Ever have bronchitis, pneumonia and the flu at the same time?
When I get sick I do it right...get it all out of the way in one shot. My doc calls it pneumanitis.

I rarely get sick. Thank God, I'm such a baby when I have a fever. I do get a lot of headaches though. I just recently went to a neurologist for them and they are suggesting Botox. Supposedly that is the new miracle drug for Chronic Migraines.

You should have your SaO2 tested to see how much capacity of 02 your lungs are taking. You can do it by having it tested on an oximeter. You put your finger in it and it shows how much oxygen your body is absorbing. The fact you are a smoker and have a history of lung problems is not a good prognosis for future outcomes. You should always have your flu shots before the flu season to be preventative with your health.

I get sniffles but I very rarely get full blown colds ever since I started taking vitamin C pills regularly a few years ago now.

Not saying the two are connected could be psychological.

I usually get the sniffles around Sept it lasts about a week and I'm good for the year. I have never gotten an influenza shot and do not plan on it.

711 does that finger sucking oxygen tester make a sucking sound? Would it with vaseline? Last but not least .....Is it portable?

You probably aren't eating as well as you think. I've seen radical changes in people's allergies, susceptibilities, inflammations, etc. when they changed to a diet of truly healthy, nutritionally superior foods.

Hmmm superior food? Like Cracker?

When I was pregnant I used to scarf down all the supposed superfoods everyday which made me absolutely nauseated, but I did it anyway. The worst was pure organic pomegranate juice, I drank 8 ounces a day and it was sickening sweet.

Yes. Just like Cracker.

Now go drown in mediocrity. Being average doesn't seem to bother most people. In fact, some Mockers like average so much they choose to be below average.

Better, faster, stronger, smarter. Cows call it a superior attitude. I call it not being as lame as most people.

Now finish your cud and you can have dessert. Eat the whole cake, who knows if you will survive another winter without it.

I am a grapefruit juice person. Not the fake sweet stuff, but the sour good stuff. I know you have grapefruits down there as big as Smegma's tits.
