Yes, that's true. I think she is racist due to her obsessive and blatantly racist comments, not her desire to live in a white neighborhood.

Lovely pair. Glad you could take a break in your usual flirting to call me a racist. I am just not a chickenshit like the rest of you. If I see something that is wrong, I will say it. I speak the truth unless I'm talking shit (because everyone knows I am the only one on Mock that talks shit).

I do discuss race with people I know. They don't seem to mind. They like that better than the fake people. You know you don't go out of your way to hang out with ghetto rats. I know it, too. I know hundreds of poor blacks. Do you?

Black people are loud as fuck. They commit more crimes. I can't go to the mall at night and know that my car will be ok in the parking lot, so it does matter.

You pretend to be better if that makes you feel good. I will continue to lay it out there. Because the truth is the fucking truth no matter how you try to pretend otherwise.

I didn't read past the flirting comment to be honest. Was there a need, really? Just more defending of racism no doubt. I assume you meant flirting with you since I always attack Ramsey. If that's the case, that was a pretty entertaining comment since I have no idea what you look like, if you are even really female, and are obsessively racist. I've enjoyed your posts but please, don't flatter yourself. At the end of the day, you're a wordy racist bitch.

You really should read stuff if you are going to quote it. Because now you look like a worse tard than before.

Your post was mildly confusing because we all know I don't hump brown people and you are a brown person. So don't flatter yourself.

I don't think Zimmerman planned to murder some kid at all. I tend to think he followed him and an altercation ensued.

Why are you certain that Zimmerman is the one crying for help in the 911 call?

You need to stop doing that quote without a post shit right now!

I dont know for certain but it has been widely reported. From an article in the Examiner: "Police play the 911 tape for Trayvon Martin's father, who tells police that the voice screaming is not the voice of his son."

There is no evidence that Zimmerman confronted or accosted Trayvon either though right? It is an assumption at this point. Do we know for a fact that Trayvon was not up to no good? Is it possible that he WAS acting suspicious and casing homes or cars? Do we know for certain that he wasn't trying to rob or car jack Zimmerman? My point is we dont KNOW any of that with enough certainty to pass judgement. Why havent the recordings the girlfriend supposedly had been made public I wonder?

I don't think the g/f recorded her calls (unlike the 911 tapes that Zimmerman made) so I think it's only her word regarding what was said.

Trayvon had a point of origin and a point of destination; there's no basis or history to assume he was up to "no good".

There is evidence that Zimmerman was confronting Trayvon based on his 911 calls. Clearly he assumed Trayvon was up to no good and he was following him; we know that much.

Post #65 "The girl provided a recording to Crump which he will share with authorities, he said."

Zimmerman states on the 911 call that "This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something". We weren't there to see how he was acting but something in his demeanor apparently was a red flag to Zimmerman. Good chance that Zimmerman was overzealous and a little paranoid but again, we don't know that Trayvon was NOT doing something to attract suspicion.

Where on the 911 call is there evidence that Zimmerman ever actually confronts or speaks to Trayvon? He is doing non-contact surveillance and calling authorities as he was trained to do. The boy moves towards him a couple of times then runs off. At the end of the call, the boy is gone and Zimmerman is waiting near the mailboxes where his truck is parked for the police to get there. Unless I missed something, nothing is said about Zimmerman saying anything to the boy or even continuing to follow him after he was told he "didn't need to".

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE and I have not seen this in any official report or news story but I did see some comments on one article - someone that claims to know George and the "real story" said that George was hit in the back of the head with the Arizona tea bottle as he was walking to his truck and that is why his head was bleeding. Obviously this could be made up to make Zimmerman look good but so could the stories about Trayon being a model kid.

So the kid is waking home from the convenience store and out of the blue decides to chase down Zimmerman's truck like the Terminator and smash him in the back of the head with an iced tea bottle. Makes sense to me.

The kid didn't live in the community.

He didn't have to chase down the truck, it was parked.

Being hit in the head with the Iced tea bottle is speculation, much like waking and walking are speculated to be the same thing.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

So the 6'2 football player that is 70' from his door, by his parents' account, can't just run to his door to escape this grown man that is "chasing" him. Zimmerman is somehow able to catch him and chooses to attack him without drawing his gun? Yeah, that makes sense too. Something is not right with the story the media is spoon feeding us.

my bet is Zimmerman was chasing the kid around the neighborhood for whatever reason, likely because he ran. The kid hid and maybe jumped on him when he got close, I may have done the same thing back in the day if some fuking weirdo had been stalking me. Upshot of it is Zimmerman got in the kids face, they had words or he put his hands on the kid and got his ass beat down, managed to get his weapon out and fire. Its still a confrontation HE instigated for no legal reason. Now days I run around armed, have since I was 18 or so. I have been out walking at night and encountered security many times. My interaction with them depended on their attitude and my mood. If they were just checking I might talk to them, but have told more han one to fuck off. This kid may have chosen to fight the guy thas stalking/chasing him for no discernable reason from the kids view. Again, if Zimmerman would have stayed inside the legal boundaries this would not have happened.

What legal boundary are you certain that he crossed? Is it illegal to watch someone you think is acting suspicious and call 911? We're supposed to just mind our own fucking business right? We don't KNOW that Zimmerman did anything other than alert authorities to someone that seemed to him to be out of place and on drugs or something. He didn't jump in his truck to follow him. According to the police report, Zimmerman was in his truck headed out on an errand when he saw Trayvon.

Zimmerman says on the 911 that Trayvon was running. Then tells 911 to have the officers call when they get there instead of meeting him at the mailboxes.

I might believe that had there not been reports that Zimmerman was a weirdo who patrolled the little neighborhood and reported suspicious activity 46 other times. It seems more likely that he was playing cop and harassing the kid.

Update:
http://abcnews.go.com/US/trayvon-martin-...d=16001811

Snipped:
In addition to a special prosecutor's state investigation in Florida, the Justice Department and the FBI are investigating Zimmerman for potential civil rights violations. A grand jury is scheduled to begin hearing evidence in the case April 10, though the special prosecutor, Florida state attorney Angela Corey, could ask a judge to sign an arrest warrant at any point before then, or she could determine that there is not enough evidence to sustain a criminal charge.
=======================================
I really think that law enforcement messed this one up by not investigating thoroughly and conducting a proper interrogation immediately. No tox test was done on Zimmerman at the time either. The Chief has stepped down, LE has regrouped, but they lost valuable time which is greatly responsible for the conflicting media stories, imo. Advocates for the victim are outraged and speaking out; likewise, Zimmerman's supporters are laying the groundwork for self defense in the media.

So in FL if the alledged criminal is immune to criminal charges under the "stand your ground" law then the state of FL has to pay the costs of any civil action against the individual? That is bizarre. I was reading the FL statutes and that is how I read it. So that's why any civil action is being reported as against the Home Owners Association?

This case has become a nightmare for so many, the first I heard about his body not being identified until the next day confuses me. I have read over and over again how this “shooting” happened FEET from this boys home. MY QUESTION IS THIS DIDN’T the father or girlfriend hear all this shit going down outside? If my child was not home and I heard sirens IN MY GATED COMMUNITY I would be all over the place looking for them. Especially if this child didn’t answer their phone.

That fact aside, I have listened to all 911 tapes. I have reviewed some of the news footage. I am still baffled at the fact this guy was not even questioned at the station. Even an armed police office gets questioned at the station when he just shoots his gun on a call, not even hitting someone. This guy doesn’t even get a sit down, what the hell is that about?

The other fact is this guy was literally 100 pounds heavier then this child. The witness reports that he was “straddling” him, with the child face down.

One last fact, THIS CRIMINAL (shooter) received Pre-Trial Intervention for the charges he was charged with in 2005. I am sure a lot of you know what that is, but some might not. That DOES NOT mean he is innocent of the crimes he committed, this means he accepted a PLEA to avoid a trial and if he had no other serious charges the Judge would all what we call in our office “Get Out of Jail Card”. My main concern is this, LC maybe you can answer this for me. How was he approved for a weapon when he still had these charges against him, they would still come up on his record. PTI usually doesn’t erase the charges completely. I have never looked into the gun laws, but how could he have a legal weapon with this background?
