This is a real ad for a real product. If I were the estate, I'd be suing them blind.

How do you know the estate hasn't endorsed the product?

Outside of the legal aspect, I like the glasses & I'd wear 'em. I wear sunglasses every moment I'm away from home unless I'm in someone's home, it's irrelevant to me whether the day is sunny or overcast, they are on my face the moment before I walk out the door.

I don't, but reading the WSJ article about it, they don't appear to have asked permission to use the name which I understand is associated with the Foundation making it a registered Trademark. If they had an endorsement from the foundation my guess is, they would be waving that around like a flag.

a lot of times foreign countries do not have to obey the copyrite or patients of the US as long as the product is not marketed here.

I know they're the style but I'd never wear glasses that big. I don't have a big head (at least physically). Glasses like that make me look like a bug.
