JULY 13--A man posing as a representative of the “America’s Funniest Home Videos” TV show tricked an 18-year-old Georgia woman into allowing him to suck her toe inside a Walmart in Georgia, police report.

According to a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office report, the teen was shopping Tuesday evening when approached by the middle-aged suspect, who cops have identified as Joey Leaphart, a 43-year-old registered sex offender whose rap sheet is littered with foot-related crimes.

Most recently, Leaphart was arrested in February after approaching a female shopper at a Walmart in South Carolina and asking if he could kiss and smell her feet. Leaphart is pictured in the mug shot at right.

After asking the teen if her toenails were painted, Leaphart said, ‘I know this sounds crazy, but have you ever heard of America’s Funniest Home Videos?’ When the unemployed woman said she had heard of the show, the man relied that he would pay for her purchases (up to $100) if she agreed to cooperate with a “prank.”

The IDIOT teen then reluctantly agreed to Leaphart’s request to take a picture of her foot. “I know this is crazy,” Leaphart then said, “but can I kiss your foot?” Cops reported that the victim agreed “under the impression it was a TV prank.”

Leaphart then guided the woman behind a clothing rack, saying, “Let’s move over here so people don’t think I’m crazy.” After dropping to the floor and grabbing the woman’s ankle, Leaphart noted, “Don’t worry, I don’t bite.”

At that point, Leaphart put the woman’s big toe in his mouth and began sucking on it. The woman, investigators reported, “immediately screams at him to stop, and to leave.” Leaphart then stood up and, before running from the store, said, “Oh, it tasted so good though.”

Cops have classified the July 10 incident as a misdemeanor simple battery involving “hands/feet/teeth.”

Pretty awesome pre-planning. Or really awesome planning on the fly.

Gotta love unemployed 18 yr old female Walmart shoppers. They'll believe just about anything.

I like how he asked if her toe was painted first. True fetish.

If she'd been wearing flip flops, I'd say she kinda asked for it. Either way, it really sucks.

I'll stop there.

Who knew there'd be another great reason to go to Walmart? There's four within about 15 mins. of my front door. I'm truly blessed.

Four?
I know of the one in Vista and Encinitas just opened a new one.
Where are the other two?

And honestly, with a Cosco so close in Carlsbad (pretty close to LegoLand too!) why Walmart?

You laugh, but honestly, their hotdogs are pretty good for street type fare.
Pass on the pizza, but anytime you can get a hotdog and a Pepsi for like, I don't know, 15c (I know it's dirt cheap) how can you say no?

What is Cosco? Is it what I would call Costco here...one of those warehouse stores like Sam's or BJ's?

Nothing like a BJ.
Closest is SAM's Club (used to be called, "Price Club"

ditch your kid for $57.12 of crap.

OCALA Fla.
Police are searching for a teen mother, accused of leaving her 1-year-old son behind during a robbery attempt.

Allison Niemeyer and her sister, Laura, went into the Walmart on Silver Springs Boulevard and started stuffing several items of clothing inside her baby's diaper bag.

As the sisters left the store, a loss prevention officer asked them to come back inside.

Police said Allison, 19, immediately ran away, leaving the baby with her sister.

Moments later, 22-year-old Laura broke free from the employee, also leaving the baby behind.

The pair was picked up by a blue Ford Aerostar van.

Police said $57.12 worth of merchandise was recovered – a bathing suit, men’s white undershirts and four women’s shirts.

The boy is now in the custody of the Department of Children and Families.

Allison is on house arrest until 2021 in connection with a home invasion robbery with a firearm, according to police. They said she was pregnant during that crime.

Meanwhile, court records show her sister Laura has three previous convictions for retail theft, as well as grand theft and uttering a forged instrument.

If you have seen Allison or Laura Niemeyer, call Ocala police at (352) 369-7000, Crime Line at (352) 369-7061 or Ocala Crime Stoppers at (352) 368-STOP.

WINTER HAVEN Fla.
The meat rack at a Winter Haven Walmart was full of meat last Thursday, but one moving pack of meat was furry and still had a tail, according to a shopper.

Shopping at the Walmart has been part of Jessica Giles' family routine since the store opened. She's never seen anything like it at the store before and it added to her shock seeing rats in the store.

On the grocery shopping list, rodents are the last thing most people are looking to check off, but a Winter Haven woman got the surprise of her shopping life in a close encounter with the animals in the meat department at the Walmart at 7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd. "Me and my mom went over there at the meat and then we saw a rat running up and down the meat," Giles recalled.

She described the rat as about the size of one of the steaks for sale on the rack. "It was shocking and I knew nobody would believe me, so I took a picture of it," Giles said, "[and I] told my mom I wasn't leaving without one."

She described the scene as chaotic as she watched an employee chase yet another rat with a broom and a box. "We went to the checkout and that's when we saw one get caught by the deli," Giles said. "And the checkout lady said there was multiple -- two of them. That was pretty disgusting."
