Took the words out of my mouth

None of her arrests have ever made it to the Lucas Co courts. They have all stayed with TMC. Always dismissed, or charges reduced, she owes about $2000 in fines as of yesterday. And has warrants. It doesn't look like she ever gave her DNA as a result of an arrest. But she should have her mugshot right up there with Tiff and Zach. But she won't. She always gets a pass.

Why?

She,s snitching!

whatever---don't believe it---I think maybe Alexandra Cousino played a part in these murders

I do also shes just sketchy like that...shes always been like that. since we were freshmens...this should be a red flag as to this isn't her first murder she was questions being involved in. I've been trying to find the reports about that...ill post when i find them

Another new article with new details.

wupdawg thanks! I noticed no mention of a ring missing!

"The Straubs said that once they were allowed back in their house after the homicides, they walked from room to room looking at what had been damaged, what might be missing. Mrs. Straub testified that the only thing that appeared to be stolen was $40 in change from a jar of coins and $40 cash that was in a wallet in a drawer."

Most of us remember "tatted like a bikerboy" a friend of Tiffany Williams and Aaron Griffin his FB picture hah what a big gun he's holding.

"What this whole group is is people moving pills," explained an acquaintance, Matt Yockey, 21, during testimony in Williams' trial. "That's what this is."

I just talked to Mustang! He was on a break and expects to be in court until late tonight because they want to get it wrapped up! He most likely will NOT be posting tonight. He told me a lot in a few minutes, and I feel inadequate to post. I'm slow, don't take notes fast or type fast. OK, Eric Yingling was in jail with Williams. There's nothing to do in jail but talk to each other 12 guys in one room talking all the time. Sam told Yingling that it was it was himself, Pettaway and ERIC TAYLOR that did the killings. They went to find the safe. They tortured Johnny and Lisa in a "face off" They never meant to kill them. They had them sit on chairs in the kitchen. They put a bag over Lisa's head to make John talk. Guess that didn't work so they went into garage to share a smoke and discuss what to do. I think he said that they went into the house and Lisa was dead or dying.
He also said that Williams used another person's pin number to call Steve Pettaway(brother) . He was sending paper work to him and wanted him to do some highlighting. I think that Mustang's thought was, that he wanted him to highlight names to make sure he had covered everything. I'm going to stop now , because he told me more than I could get down. I DO NOTwant to say something wrong.

The woman's DNA found on the tape has to be a friend/associate of the accused. The peeps wouldn't bring a random woman to do a job that entails strong men.. This A.C. Needs further investigating, get her DNA off a drink, cig, whatever and elimate her once and for all.. She would be the one that probably put this whole thing together with everything we know now. The 1 person that connects the dots.

jailhouse snitch testifies

One man took the stand saying he met Williams in jail after Williams came to him looking for advice and opened up to him about the murder. The man said Williams admitted to him that he was at the Straub's home the night of the murder because of a plan to rob the couple and steal heroin that was assumed inside the home.

Well isn't this interesting! they didn't tell us who the witness is.

I didn't expect to hear heroin brought up but, anything is possible and I do know on FB Lisa talked to a fellow we have his initials on here he was mentioned earlier on he is also a burglar lives over by Lisa, Lisa told him on phone "if we do some I'll let you know" it was on FB and his Mugshot is on line and so was his brother's Mugshot on line for heroin that has been expunged from the records now. People do have records removed but, people everywhere are doing drugs.

Wouldn't the content of AC's text message be considered enough probable cause to get a subpoena for her DNA? Do we even know for a fact that it hasn't been tested?

Quick question, when people testify on stand and Mention other people not arrested yet for crime because either they slipped through the cracks or were overlooked or whatever the case may be. Can a person that was mentioned as a partaker in the crime be know further investigated by polys and DNA swabs to elimanate them as a suspect? Or what happens when mentioned in a trial as a perp?

I just watched the 6pm news too, just had some short court clips from both trials with reporters notes --
from Williams' trial: Erik Yingling said Sam talked to him in jail - told him he & Cam were at the house with a 3rd man to rob not murder them - expected there to be heroin and cash, and tortured Lisa to motivate Johnny to talk.
Tanisha (one of Cam's baby mamas) testified that Williams and Cameo were friends and that Sam spent the night a few nights in Jan 2011. Said that Sam called Cameo: "Killa Cam", "Cam", and "Rambo". She said they both smoked Newports & saw them share cigarettes.
They played the phone call from Sam to Cam -- it was not very compelling -- not sure this was any help to prosecutor other than establishing the 2 are close enough to be the 1st phone call when arrested -- Sam said he didn't know the victims, said "it wasn't me", & it was kind of inaudible but to me sounded like he said that he didn't know the [co-defendants] ---
found that an interesting statement because that would mean at the time they were telling him they were charging someone other than Cam ---
Sam also told Cam to tell his mom to pray for him, and said the truth would set him free.
Big John said he knew Johnny had been threatened from sale of his car to Alex Cousino.
Alex Cousino said she was friends with Cam & Sam.
from Pettaway's trial:
they said Straub family left courtroom right before crime scene photos/evidence was going to be displayed
They had LS clothing (pants), duct tape samples, samples from the plastic bags, pictures of cigarette, and wallet.

a couple other things ---
Sarah Stallkamp -- was LS her roommate for awhile? Think S.S. is being brought in by the defense to give another suspect --- noticed she took out a Restraining Order against Nathan Jewell in April 2011 & in March 2011 he was on Toledo's Most Wanted list for assault, abduction, larceny.

also think it's interesting that the Prosecutor filed a motion to preclude any mention of polygraph results for any witnesses for prosecution or defense --- guessing that means they had some witnesses who didn't pass.
