Arias made up that whole stupid story about Travis cutting a long rope to tie her up just so she could explain the presence of a knife when he supposedly later attacked her and she was forced to butcher him. Right. Never happened. No rope in the pics from that night/morning.

I hope Martinez wraps his cross tomorrow morning; he's shot any sympathy and credibility that Jodi may have established with the jury all to hell during the cross (imo) and I'm burnt out on Jodi.

Can't watch tomorrow afternoon, so hope that's not when jury questions are addressed. I'm anxious to hear those. As for the paid abuse and psychological experts who are slated to testify on Jodi's behalf, anything they have to say will be based on nothing but the bullshit that she's fed them. That's a joke that I won't mind missing.

All of the nude photos were introduced and shown when the prosecution presented its case in chief back in January. I believe that the nudes were amongst those found on Travis's camera in the washing machine (along with the accidental death scene pics).

Unless I missed it, the anus shot was not shown again today; I think only pictures that showed the bedroom (and no rope) were shown today.

I did see all of the nude photos; hate not seeing the same evidence that the jury sees. One viewing was more than enough. P.s. I'm not convinced that Jodi didn't use Travis's camera and timer to take these herself, possibly intended as blackmail material. Either way, I'm convinced that she was not invited to visit Travis. I think she pulled one of her stalker unannounced drop-ins and planned to kill him if she couldn't get him to drop Mimi and take her back. I think maybe she had both a gun and knife in the event that he was with a woman when she creeped in (to stage a murder/suicide; I think she really really wanted to slice him up and the gun was secondary). All just my speculation based on what appears to drive crazy Jodi; I put nothing past this psycho.

However, in Kid's defense, flappy meat curtains are a turn-off, so it does sound as though he knows what he speaks of.

So, we're finally at Martinez questioning Jodi about the actual killing.

Jodi's story is ludicrous.

She says:
-She drops the camera while taking photos of Travis in the shower
-Travis immediately body slams her to the tile (maybe with one foot in the shower, maybe not, she can't remember)
-Her head is facing south (she remembers that though)
-She doesn't know if she's out of breath or not; she rolls to her left but can't explain to Martinez how Travis, who has adrenaline pumping and who she testified is in great physical shape and working out, can't stop her before she gets up from the floor
-She gets up and "books" down the hall, but can't explain to Martinez why on earth Travis couldn't catch her...



Martinez then shows a picture of Travis dead in the shower and asks her to mark something on the photo. So, Jodi pulls out the waterworks.

Martinez: "were you crying when you shot him?", "were you crying when you stabbed him?", "were you crying when you slit his throat?". To which teary Jodi replies, "I can't remember" each time. Boo hoo hoo... Nose rub.

Judge calls early break for lunch.

Whatta POS she is. I really hope that jury has its act together, we've been witness to so many that haven't.
