Yes, they did & I'm so proud of them. While I'm disappointed about our loss last night, I am not crushed and I view our season as a success.
I'm getting sympathy messages from family/friends as if someone has died. I'm fine!
Your club had a great season.
Nothing whatsoever to fret about. The Eagles have a fine young QB with a great future and a stud RB.
I personally would think they're set up to run the NFC East for the next few years or so.
As for the Saints, they found a way to win even with Brees not playing that well. Their effectiveness running the ball last night in key situations really surprised me. That was the difference in the ballgame.

This has bothered me off & on all season and I hesitate to voice it because it's unsportsmanlike but I've become very skeptical of the opposition indicating they are injured. Almost every game I have felt they have faked an injury in order to give themselves a chance to catch their breath. They are down on the field for a matter of minutes and then jump up to jog back to the sideline. It makes me crazy. I don't want to think that about the competition.

I saw one instance last night where a Saint went down, but the announcers said he hadn't anything to gain by faking an injury there.
Philly ended up scoring a TD on that drive too (right before end of the 1st half).
In general though, I understand your statement, and I'm sure many teams did it.

In the nicest possible way, if course.

I woke up this morning worried that the Bengals might not win today.
They're playing like shit.
Typical for them in the playoffs.

I placed a bar bet last night; I've got the 49ers by 7 today.
If I could get my heart to agree with my head, that'd probably be a similar statement that I'd write. But I can't, so my heart hopes that the cold freezes Kaepernick's joints up solid , but my head says that's not a bad bet.
And, *facepalm*, I amend my earlier statement, to F2, user & HotD

Kaepernick's joints seem pretty hot, crash - sleeveless, even (well, except for the tat sleeves).
Gotta love Crabtree.
Good luck.
(No facepalm - I only show up here at playoff point.)

They look like 'hearty' folk in the stands at Lambeau, don't they?
They drink a ton of paint thinner in order to achieve the right look.
BTW, Rodgers is gonna have a tough day...

Rodgers may well be the first QB to be sacked more than Pammy Anderson tonight. The niners D is fucking relentless!

I usually like turnovers when it's cold out.
Not this type, though...

Yeah, but he sometimes ends up on top, just like Pam.

Well it's closer at half time than I honestly thought it was going to be..I think the Packers will be happy where they are given the first quarter dominance of SF's defense.
Here's hoping Rodgers goes all reverse cowgirl in the second half, HotD..

Rodgers should be training under Pam; she's got that move down, too.
It's been a fun game.
I've got so much to do and I'm just lounging, glued to the tv and the computer.
Yesterday, I got a 29 inch tv monitor because my 10 year-old 19 inch Sony finally fried on Thursday. What a difference.

Fuckin' football..
Ahh well. Still a pretty good year for us. made it to the play offs again. To be thwarted by our nemesis, again..
Looking forward to next weeks games, there should be some absolute ball tearers.

What a good close game.
I lost last night's bet, but the win was worth way more than the $5 anyway.
Both the 49ers and the Packers are fun teams to watch.
