Do you believe in intelligent design?
A supreme being, a creator God if you will, intelligently designed everything?
Can you give examples of intelligent design in nature?
Can you give examples of unintelligent design in nature?

I apologise in advance for this not being a more interesting question than “how many pillows?” Or “beer injustice!”

CN, not sure if this is what you mean, but I have a few examples of intelligent design in nature I do look at this stuff, and wonder just HOW they came about. I do not really believe totally in creationism, but can EVERYTHING be attributed to evolution?

I don't believe any of us have all the answers. I think we can all learn off each other. I think there is definitely something bigger than all of us, and if we surrender to it in times of need it can show us the answer. I hope that makes sense.

I am not so smug to think that all the questions have been answered in a human sense. I will never not believe in God because the term God is something I cannot comprehend.
I am not so "smart" to say I know everything or even believe there is someone who does. I think God is a road, not an individual as depicted in the term "intelligent design" It is a trap to believe otherwise, used by fools and self centered eggheads with dollar signs in their eyes who pick their nose and contemplate the outcome of their silly human excrement.

I don't care. No one will ever know so what's the point of concerning myself with it. If there is a God I think it's one that set the universe in motion through evolution and allows it to be.

That's not true Sally, you can see evidence of the unseen in your life, you have to go looking for it and grow spiritually in order to be open and receptive to it. But it is there.

I believe in God, I believe God created Nature as well as Man and he let Nature do its thing. I think Nature is quite a bit smarter than man. I think God used Nature to create man and then gave us Free Will and made us responsible for our selfs. We can choose to do the right or the wrong thing and we have to own it, bill is due eventually.
So Intelligent Design? No. I think like Maggot said god is the journey and that Creation IS Intelligence

So what created the universe?
What created the Earth?
What created man?
The answer to all three of these questions in the Bible is God.
Did God create nature?

Don't worry scientists are working on it, they've already identified and replicated the God particle.

I don't think about some of this stuff the way you do. Some things are just a given for me & I don't question it, I simply believe in God, in my God, not the one who shoots down lightening bolts. I don't sit & wonder or try to prove or disprove anything. I don't care if others do so, I only care about my faith, it's mine and I don't debate it with others nor would I try to say anyone was wrong in how they feel about their faith or lack of.

I think humans sure are curious creatures. A situation arises where we become fearful of an outcome, we create a fantasy to deal with it..
Kid lost a tooth? They're all sad about it? Oh don't worry, the Tooth Fairy will fix that..
Worried about your loved ones dying? Never mind, they're off to a magical place called heaven where they get everything they want and bounce about on fluffy clouds, forever! Or is that Valhalla? Oh hang on there's another place where 25 virgins and martyrdom are waiting..
Worried about your own immortality because you didn't get enough out of this life? Never mind, reincarnation awaits! Oh hang on, how do I stay in heaven yet I get reincarnated? Ohhhhhh...my soul stays in heaven...wait, wut?
Fucking magic sky daddies are the concept all good sales strategies are based upon. They prey on inherent human traits; fear of immortality, gullibility and the need to belong. Create the fear, sell the solution.
If you don't have funeral plan insurance, you could be leaving you children with huge debts when you die! Sound familiar?
Fucking religion has more to answer for on this planet than any genocidal dictator.. Intelligent design was just a concept developed to argue with evolution. Science was getting a bit too big for its britches.

To consider "God's plan" sounds kinda voodoo like to me. As if a man wearing flowing white robes sat on a throne and decided to create a world. I don't think he "designed" mountains and lush forests nor breathtakingly beautiful waterfalls. I don't look at it like that. I don't think I've ever even thought about how all that came to be.

Crash maybe an aussie twat.
But when he's right, he's right.
It annoys me when people say “what harm does religion do?”
I'm sorry? what? I have a long and comprehensive list for you if you'd like to see it.

How is it possible to have a long and comprehensive list of anything for something you don't even believe in ?
If you don't believe in God, why do people that do bother you so much? I don't believe in UFOs, so I don't even bother reading or listening to anything about it.

I think organised religion or even disorganised religions such as small cults are dangerous. I guess what I am talking about is a journey of growth and discovery. A personal one that no one is influencing you are learning and growing and being taught by a force greater than yourself that you cannot see. I call it God, others call it the Universe. I don't go to church and can't stand the rules and how wrong they are in their rightness and self righteousness.
