NFL 2014

I'm getting that a lot this morning but I really am okay. hah

Still sitting atop the NFC East and that's good enough for me today.

My daughter gave me no rest yesterday/last night. At 10:15 she begged me to go buy her a freaking lint roller because she was sure she'd need one some time in treatment. I gave in; I'm not fighting any battles right now unless she refuses to check in today. I missed most of the game and thought the Eagles won...until I read the paper this morning. Smiley_emoticons_smile Yay.

I'm not going to cater to this shit after treatment. No, no, no. It's akin to enabling an alcoholic.

I have no real concerns but you wouldn't believe the number of people who do. I don't know why anyone would let one piss poor game define their team.

Cowballs fans and Giants fans are beating their chests like their team beat us this weekend. hah Doesn't take much for some folks.

MS, you had a great day. I was very happy to see TB have success. I didn't watch the whole game but I had The Red Zone on in the living room and another game on in my office so I was wandering back & forth.

I'm blown away by the Saints loss. WTF.

Yes, Vikes fans had a great day yesterday, but it was of course accompanied by a gray cloud. Bridgewater sprained his ankle late in the game and he's certainly going to be questionable for Thursdays tilt at Lambeau.

Man, Bridgewater looked composed and decisive, and much quicker with his feet than I anticipated.

553 yards of offense with zero turnovers? Are you kidding me? I know Atlanta's defense is average at best, but they're still NFL players.

As for the Saints, I knew something was up when they couldn't do much against us the week before. They might be on the way down. Same with Carolina and Tampa. Damn the whole division isn't very good all of a sudden.

As for your club, things got a lot more interesting with the re-emergence of NY and Dallas. You may have a dogfight on your hands the rest of the year.

Oh well, no one wants an easy path to the playoffs, do they?

Given some of the things I've been reading you would think we had just lost our fourth game in a row. I'm not exaggerating. This is coming from everyone from sports writers to fans to haters. I alternate between laughing and shaking my head in dismay.

The big story should be how the 9ers Offense made our rag tag patched together defense look top notch.

I'm still trying to figure out if the Cowballs were that good or the Saints were just that bad? The comeback with the Rams certainly didn't convince me of anything so at best I think your boys are still suspect.

we have an actual defense this yr. not the best defense but a decent one. the revamp O-line is bringing back the Cowboys days of running the football with success. a flawless Romo and hey, Dallas is making some noise right now

When everything is said and done, just remember that YOU are the one who compared your running back to a 63 year old man with scoliosis. Not me. hah
