Word around here is that AP can tell our front office that he wants out until he's blue in the face, but we will not be granting him any favors.
I'd say there's an 85% chance he'll be wearing a purple helmet in Week 1. You think they will give him touches?

For sure. The Vikes want him to play and play well this year.
Also, within an hour of my original post, the league reinstated Peterson.

I know the Carrinals are interested.
Patrick Peterson for Adrian Peterson.
Done.

My team is signing Tim Tebow today. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Tebow takes quite a beating but he did manage to take the Broncos to the playoffs and win one before getting beat. Hell, that's the same thing Manning did. And the Jets situation was just pure bad fit and a hostile coach. Tebow ' s main problem was the overdose of ESPN coverage that basically sucked his dick until the fans got tired of it and him. Your team could do worse than a guy with his work ethic.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

I think Coach Kelly sees things in some people that others don't. He has amazing success with players having a career year under his coaching.

I kinda like the possibilities. Especially if he lines up at receiver.

Right? Not even. He has good hands and he can put up the YAC with his size. Add to that the possibility of a pass play when he's in motion with Murray or Sproles blocking and you could have a handful.

You are a 'glass half-full' guy.
I'll give you credit for that.
I actually like Tenow. He's a winner and has done more with less. Since the Vikes don't play Philly this year, I hope he does well.

Holy Moly! 2015 schedule was just released and we got a primetime game right out of the gate! Wiiiiiiii! Primetime, baybay.
Why in the world would they add another game after that at 10:30?

The first week of the season has been a MNF doubleheader for probably the past 8 years or so.
The League will schedule an east coast game at 7:00 and then a 10:20 game on the west coast.

Not sure why I didn't put this together until today, but we've got Bradford and Murray (college roomates and teamates) and Tebow and Cooper (also college roomates and teamates) competing for depth on our starting offense.

Okay, MS, Tim Tebow bullshit it is.
I don't know what's going on in Philly, I'm just hanging on for the ride at this point. It helps that I do believe Coach Kelly has a magnificent football mind and wants to put us in the best possible position to win. I feel more excitement & anticipation than I feel concern. Coach must have seen something in Tim when he worked out for him last month.
I don't think any of the sports media has shut up about the Eagles in many, many months.

To me, it's been very interesting to hear the talk about the Eagles this off-season.
Some national pundits think your coach is an idiot, others say he's an idiot savant, and still others, he's the next coming of Vince Lombardi.
It looks like he's in charge of all personnel decisions, so he will sink or swim with who he has.
I personally don't think much of Ssm Bradford, Mark San-chize or Tim Tebow. We know that teams really only go as far as their QB takes them.
It'll be a VERY interesting season in Philly.

I wish HotD was on friendly terms with me so that I could make a Week One wager with her regarding Vikings-49ers.
And, I'm talking about a wager with a potentially mind-blowing payout.
But, alas, it is not to be...
