I think the court date is still 2-5. I just scrolled through a 193 page document about cell phones. My impression is that Ramirez doesn't want to use his cell phone as evidence. 193 PAGES CELL PHONE STUFF.He must be concerned about what was on his phone. Bad cop !!!!

Of course he is. Chances are it is going to show collusion between him and Maytee. I couldn't possibly know this but I think there is a very good chance it will show him conspiring with Maytee/John in regards to Tiffany.

I thought I read he was questioning the GPS from his phone location. That it isn't reliable..I'm thinking it places him near the crime and it really was reliable

If I'm not mistaken it was the night of January 30^th into the early morning of January 31 when the bodies were found. So today January 31^st is the anniversary. Maytee has been very quiet on Facebook not sure if she has it set to private. I wonder if she's having a vigil at the grave site this evening. I haven't seen any press coverage in the Toledo area on this anniversary like we have in the past. I think Maytee has burned many bridges.

It's frustrating that there's no local reporter staying on top of the legal proceedings, not that I can tell anyway.

Just checked again and didn't see any indications in the Lucas Country court files to indicate a continuance of the Feb. 5 hearing/trial.

I wonder if all three defendants will in fact be in court tomorrow at 9 a.m.

I know that one of our news channels has permission to be there and I'm sure the Blade will report on it.

There's been very little media coverage in regards to the hearings and court docs since shortly after the arrests of the Clarkes and Ramirez.

It's good to hear there will be first-hand media reporting once the trial gets started.

Judge Zmuda scheduled a hearing in the case for Feb. 26, saying he would like to set trial dates at that time.

What a bunch of shit! Will this show ever get on the road ?!?! I must say this case isn't getting very much media attention. WTOL is the news channel requesting to be at hearings. It doesn't seem to be making front page news.

Meanwhile Maytee seems to be posting many "glamour" (I use this word lightly) shot selfies on her facebook page under name Maytee C Vazquez-Clarke. I'd post pictures but I don't know how to. That's probably a blessing for mockers eyes
