Outstanding performance by Wentz last night. Losing Peters is going to sting though. We have plenty of depth at LB so Hicks's torn Achilles isn't a HUGE blow , but Peters is a vital part of our protection of Wentz. I suspect they will move Lane into his spot until Peters returns. It's only his MCL that's torn, his ACL is still in tact so that's the good news. Bad news is he may not be able to return this year.
MRI confirmed both ACL and MCL are torn. He won't return this year.

Upcoming schedule is attractive, but .500 teams are also pretty dangerous too.
Cowballs are always dangerous, they're really all i'm worried about to secure the division.

It'll help a lot if the domestic abuser has to do his suspension.

NDS isn't D-1?

Good for Wentz either way.

Yeah, you’re right.

They’re not D2, but they’re not Division I-A either.

They’re a D-1 subdivision team... squads like Youngstown St, Appalachian St, etc.

So, kudos to him for being as good as advertised.

Everybody in the Eagle Nation loves Jason, but not as much as Wentz does. Lane will move into Peterson's spot, but that leaves Lane's spot open. Pederson keeps talking about how good the new guy is (Vaitai??? I think), he needs to start showing what gave Pederson that kind of confidence in him.

I'm watching the game again and it gives me goosebumps when the crowd chants his name. Poor Jason. 21

Pretty awesome to see the respect given to him by some of the opposition too.

I’d argue the Left Tackle position is the 2nd most important piece in an offense.

Without a dependable/good LT the offense stagnates and generally your QB is either running for his life or gets happy feet because he knows the DE is coming toward his blind side.

The Vikes signed LT Reilly Reiff as a FA this off-season and drafted a Center out of Ohio State and suddenly our line is protecting the QB and opening holes for RB’s.

It’s been a pleasure to watch compared to the last couple of seasons.

I hope for Eagle fans the loss of your pro-Bowl LT doesn’t affect the team too much.

No argument from me on that one. It looks like they're going to give Big V a chance and see what he can do for us. A good team should be able to plug and play, so we will see how he does against the win-less 9ers next week.

Working out Taylor Hart at tackle today. Former 5th round Philly draft pick and outstanding pre-season performances in all 4 games.

Is he someone who could help in JP's position?

Yup, we're good to go with Vaitai and Hart. We are also good to go regarding Hicks. Plug and play. That's what good teams do.

We are in London tomorrow against the winless Browns.

Not sure why I feel nervous about this game, I shouldn’t based on statistics and records.

We're playing a team today that hasn't won yet this year and I'm nervous. I don't ever take anything for granted, any given Sunday and all that shit. It's raining it's ass off here and I know it is up in Philly too. I have a ton of concerns. I don't find your nervousness at all odd.
