Me too. I like it when it snows too, walking in the dark with the snow swirling around and it's so silent.

Same here. Just enough to give me a few "snow days" from work

This has been one of the coldest Octobers in quite a while, I'm surprised it hasn't snowed yet.

Remember the year you had snow for Halloween? I feel like it wasn't that long ago, although time passes so fast any more, it could have been 10 years ago.

I remember here in NE back around pretty sure October 2627 2010, we had a freak SNOW storm that dropped "16" of WET SNOW all over the trees that still had 75 to 80 % of their leaves on them. As they do now.

Needless to say, the heavy weight of the wet SNOW on all the leaves caused every 60 foot tall tree
around my villa, to snap in half!!

There were many downed trees all over the neighborhood, that caused "Power" outages for my area that
lasted 4-1/2 days!!! And the fucken temps were 20 to 25 degrees all during those days!
We froze our asses off! Even though we have a "fireplace", it only provided some warmth in the room where it was located! Our bed rooms were upstairs. The ambient temp in the villa hovered around "58" degrees!

Yep, I well remember those Merry Fuckin SNOW Days!
hah SNOW, you're welcome to it!

We’ve had snow on the ground since Tuesday and it’s been cold (20F or so below average since then).

Going down to 10F tomorrow night before a warmup mid-week.

When it gets this cold, this soon, it makes for a long winter.

You live in the tundra. Awink

I glanced at the weather station as I was going to bed last night and was shocked to see it reading 24. It's a gorgeous Fall day here, bright sunshine & temps in the 50's. I don't want to live with snow but I love to see it falling here on the farm, it's bee-u-tee-ful. Magical, especially around the holidays.

It usually takes a week or two until people start to smarten up.

I have snow in my forecast for tomorrow morning. I am so freakin' excited. It won't last because the temp will be steadily rising and it will turn to rain. I'm off tomorrow and I intend to go cut greens for my urns in the snow! That's my plan.
