My kids would never eat poptarts. Not that I blame them, but occasionally I'd just buy them for convenience hoping they'd eat them. But oh no, they'd rather have a healthy pain in the ass breakfast.

No butter, and wheat? Blech. If it's going to be dry at least make it sourdough,rye or a wheat beer.

Over easy is a little too runny for my liking. I like them over medium with dry rye toast.

Get yourself some wheat bread, use a cup to make a hole in the middle. Pan with butter then crack an egg in the middle cook as normal.

Ive had a few polish sausages in my time, but by far the best one came with fried eggs and potatoes.
