If he was a sadist he would be indiscriminate.

I don't believe he gets his jollies as much as he has little to no empathy for the "victim" of his barbs. He is not invested in them. They serve as a punchline to his jokes.

I think that what many do not like is he is tactless and brutal. He doesn't accept the premise that someone should be able to fire broadsides at him and by nature of his status and power, and them being a nobody, or a minority, or it being on a small platform or not that bad or whatever as being cover. He will also be brital in a smackdown.

People EXPECT that because of his station and the power he has that stuff like that should go unchallenged because traditionally that is what has happened, because Presidents should be above that kind of thing. He doesn't think so.

I have always found it strange that people should think that they are unchallengeable purely because of those factors anove, and that THEY were trying to hit at someone that wouldn't hit back. I thought it weak and cowardly.

Who exactly is he hurting? I don't agree with his immigration shit, but besides for that he doesn't hurt anyone. Are you upset because he called Rosie O'Donnell a pig, well she is an annoying pig. How is his name calling any different from here when someone attacks you? And you can't say he's the POTUS and should carry himself with standards, everyone knows how he is and he never pretended to be anything different.

This is who trump is. There is some audio out there of him pretending to be someone called John Miller. Speaking of royals, Public Citizen is reporting that trump and his delegation have spent $1.3 million to stay at a luxury London hotel owned by the Qatari royal family. Do you have any idea what republicans would have said had President Obama done something like that? Of course you do. That is alot of people, places and things.

The unfortunate thing is that other people are affected-he insults CA for not raking their leaves, and threatens to not give aid because of it. Surely he has some supporters in CA?
Also Puerto Rico-he insults all of them-together as one entity-and does not want to give them aid.
When he insults coorporations it could have the risk of affecting people's jobs.
