The reason Hunter's plea deal fell apart is the presiding judge found an immunity clause buried in it and asked the Donkey Team prosecutors why it was there. The douchy dirtbags weren't expecting that to happen, so Hunter is once again in need of a pardon -- and Joe may need one, too.
