But you’re perfectly fine with BLM protesters burning down cities and Kavanugh protesters taking over the senate building and getting a slap on the wrist. I feel like you have a few screws loose to not even acknowledge it because you only care about Trump and not anything else. Actually I think you’re retarded.

So,  dumb fucking question,  but with the scotus ruling of presidential immunity,   and broader spectrum immunity for 'unofficial acts'.
If trump is let off the hook for the insurrection,  would it negate all the other sentences?  Like,  would everyone who's in jail right now for participating end up being pardoned or something?

They're all going to be released and show up at your next weekend festival. Stock up on light beer.

trump has publicly stated (more than once) that should he win the presidency he intends to pardon them all. He refers to them as political prisoners.

I know trump would pardon them.  I was thinking more of a legal aspect,  if  the insurrection was determined to fall under the official/unofficial act of president thing, and trump was granted immunity, could the defense lawyers use that determination to appeal/overturn the verdicts.

Maybe, yeah. I mostly find the law confusing, but I think the scenario you described is possible.
