I drive over the passes today and head up lake tomorrow and return to work on Wednesday.

I only wish I could have spent more time with my mom and my friend who was on spring break and in Mexico this week. I picked her up from the airport last night so we could chat, but it was raining so hard there was a lot of standing water on the road it was crazy! (and a little fun)

I ended up seeing my aunt and uncle first because they always complicate things and are never happy-so I got them out of the way first-and saw them 2 nights in a row-but it probably wasn't enough for them. Its annoying.

I need to come out and just see my mom next time probably.

I ended up eating many of the snacks I bought to bring home, but whatever.
Man do I feel grumpy! LOL

I am a little grumpy because I am waiting for my sister-she asked me what time we should leave today, I told her it was up to her since she has a meeting to do tonight, but then I suggested a time, and then she said, "Well we don't need to leave until 1 anyway." so I don't know why she even asked me. LOL
So now I am just at my friend's house while she is at work waiting for my sister.

Are you on the lake yet? Are you glad to be going home? Soon tourism will be on blast, do you look forward to that? Are you bringing groceries back with you? HuhHuhHuh?

I did bring groceries back AND my sewing machine.

I enjoy the tourists and the hikers and look forward to seeing them.

This is the first time I came back and said to myself, "I miss civilization"
Maybe my out wasn't long enough! I'm already planning my next time out.

It wasn't long enough, that's all. Sometimes we have to be careful what we wish for, we might get it. In that I mean you have always really enjoyed living away from civilization, you like the peace and the solitude it brings you, you aren't the type who needs others around in order to be happy and fulfilled, you are content with yourself. In your planning, schedule more time away.
