No never landed that job. Been working for New York State at the DMV Title Bureau for nearly 10 years. Hired to answer phones, but I sucked at that. Good thing I'm great at  answering emails and paperwork.

Another 10 years, I'll be able to retire and collect pension and social security.

Not sure it's my calling, but it pays the bills and helps be somewhat financially solvent. Better than being the lazy, unambitious layabout I used to be. Well mostly. Now I just abuse the fuck out of my PTO and I am close to "going off payroll".
