I got my ingredients for sausage balls the other day, I'm making them tomorrow for me & Cowboy to enjoy.
I don't like regular exercise, it's too much like work but, I've loved dance since I was a child so I do that & ride...and then of course there's sexercise.

I'm going to try to get up an hour earlier every day to walk on the treadmill. My family members usually live well into their 80's, so I will probably be around for a good bit. I want to be healthy if I am alive. I don't want to be a burden or wear diapers again.

Our president is golfing in Hawaii right now. They have half the base closed off. I can't decide if he is thrifty for playing golf on base or if he is cheap or if he is an ass for vacationing more than he works.
