That was a sad day, but also the first step up from rock bottom. Aside from the bad back, he's better than ever today. Great guy. I'm hoping he doesn't get scrips after the surgery and can manage the pain with marijuana. He still smokes a lot of weed and drinks a fair amount, but he hasn't done pills in 20 years.

Ha! I'll bet he never showered and cleaned up so fast! That was a hell of an offer!

From experience, I can say back pain can be debilitating if you don't treat it right and take care of it. I think for those inclined it could be very easy to keep popping pills to kill the pain.

And six, following doc orders is critical. I struggled the same way, wanting to pick up things and be 'normal', but I was on 10lbs or less restriction for a few months. It also took awhile for the numbness to subside, but it eventually did.

Well, I already loved the man and I missed him when he fell completely off the radar. And, I didn't cure him of anything; he helped himself. I was just the one who got my foot in the door and maybe picked him up a little.

I don't love you though Donovan. So, I wouldn't recommend sitting by the door of your cigarette-butt, pizza-box, and whiskey-bottle ridden dwelling waiting for me to show up with a feather-duster in hand.

However, I might worry and miss you a little if you stopped posting for a long time. Heck, I might even ask aussiefriend to pay you a visit to make sure you weren't being held hostage by a crazy, abusive, psycho ex in an act of domestic violence or something.

If I start paying charitable visits to my friends who are only high and drunk, I'll never have a minute to myself. You have to be addicted to pain pills and go missing for me to get truly concerned.

I will, however, make you the same offer as I made Donovan. I'll ask aussie to make a mental health visit -- you won't need to worry about the squalor when she drops in. Compared to her place, yours will look neat.

I have one of them for the pool and something I can only describe as a tail often comes up out of the water and shoots jets of water across the yard. This is horribly immature but when that happens and unsuspecting people get sprayed, I laugh.

If someone mows my lawn I will show them my wound. Since the staples came out its opened to about 1.5 inches and when I changed the dressing it scared me. Its about an inch or more deep and yesterday the doctor said that was normal. Panic
I was going to do it this morning until I saw it. I'm not moving a freakin muscle now.
Don't do nothing six it will make you ill.

The doctor said it was "normal" but I never actually looked at it until I changed the dressing. I'm in shock now and had to cover it up fast. Alright, now please come over and mow my lawn. Blowing-kisses
