Last night I got an assessment call at 10:30 and went through all kinds of options, was on the phone til about midnight -- agreed to meet the family at the hospital today -- was going to get a call from the family coordinator this morning.
I really want this client, rescheduled some phone conferences booked for today (one was a little pissed), and lined up a caregiver who could start immediately.
The family coordinator didn't call this morning and hasn't returned the voice mail that I left.
Waiting...
