Some of you may recall DeSantis trafficking immigrants to Martha's Vineyard. Texas law enforcement has certified that the migrants who were transported are victims of a crime. This potentially qualifies them for a U-visa which would allow them to stay in America for 4 years and they can apply for a green card in 3 years.
