I took my daughter to the dermatologist today for a rash on her back that was nothing serious. Anyway we’re sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour with three people that came in after us being called ahead of us. Finally I go up to the desk and ask what’s the hold up. That bitch that was as the front desk tossed my daughter’s new patient paperwork to the side and went home which resulted in no one even knowing we were out there waiting. Goddamn was I pissed, but of course I couldn’t take it out on the other lady since it wasn’t her fault, but my head was ready to explode.

I had to learn that lesson also. I am too god dammed patient. As a kid my mom would have us arrive 1⁄2 hour early at least, and then we would wait, wait, wait and she was always asking what was taking so long. It was excrutiating, I hated it, so I never wanted to be that person. BUt then something like what happened to Sally happened and its %$#^%$&##$
