I had a roomate once and he had St Bernard. It was MY couch and every day I would mutter. Fucking HairOfTheDog! Under my breath.
That was 30 years ago and it set the coarse of my life because look who shows up! Not knowing her for long on the internet she is a common sense magnet. I have never ever seen such patience, just look at the ImADick conversations, give that girl a nuns habit spin her 3 times and point her towards Ashbury heights for christs sake. There is nothing I can say bad about this woman except that I let her win at the lyric game only because my energy level drops dramatically after 2AM. I imagine that if we ever meet I would have my eyes focused on my sneakers as I fidget kicking ants and dust.
More brains than beauty but still above average in both departments, its always a pleasure reading her threads and replies.

I always pick a time (usually before bed) to go over all the events of the day in a meditation. I call it the three voices it's based on the pathwork lecture 183 (or 186 I forget off the top of my head...www.pathwork.org I allow myself the freedom to freely be comfortable or uncomfortable with my view of what took place in these events and transactions, without judgement.
Then I pray. To my connection to God, for my family, for everyone I've spoken to or communicated with in any way. I have found that prayer is quite profound. I have no fucking idea what religion I'm praying in, although Moses is involved, and so is Jesus. It's quite lovely.
Then I spread it out in a band from running gold out the crown chakra into the energy, praying for the town, the state, the country, the oceans, the planet, the atmosphere.
And when the circle extends beyond the atmosphere, I can hear bells.
