This is a local to me (San Diego, CA.) tv personality called Sam the Cooking Guy. Kind of annoying but many of the recipes on his site are pretty goddamn good. Maybe you can find something here you can use -

I checked out his site. He's like the Rachel Ray or Paula Deen of San Diego, right down to his own knives & cookware.

I've often wondered why these people do not get their faces imprinted on paper towels with snappy sayings and quick know it all facts about cooking. Like "Go ahead, use me in the woods"
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

Like I said, annoying. Some of the foods pretty good/simple though. Most of it's grabbed from elsewhere. I used to make the 5 min. beer bread before I stopped eating carbs. It's pretty fucking delicious.

I do a cross between atkins and paleo. A mod of my own design. I get some but mostly from vegetables and berries.
