About an hr ago, I wrote a rather lengthy post and I don't know where it went.So, I will be brief.#1 as far as I can tell, all 3 still have the same attys. What has changed is the State of Ohio Atty. NEW one has a previously scheduled case in anothet County Dec 1 and is expected to last past the Dec 7 date here. Also, have yet to see anything that would indicate that the funds have become available to insure that John has good representation. This is a State case because Ramirez is a cop .I don't know much about the law,excel that you should stay on the right side of it. Cheers

Unable to open the Lucas County Court Dockets tonight. About a week ago,trials were scheduled for early February. Also, been wanting to mention that two days before Thanksgiving I lost my home since 1959 to a terrible fire in the middle of the night. A son and I barely survived. I was a beautiful home built in 1916 and 8 children were raised there.I am presently with a daughter. Lost most everything, but being alive has taken on a whole new meaning.Cause of fire was my self-cleaning oven. Made it out of a second story window with lot of help from the FD.AND smoke alarm. Only spent 24 hrs in the hospital.

Hi Everyone I was looking at the Lucas County Online Dockets dated Dec 15, 2015 and I found some interesting things in the list of discovery there's 213 things listed on the page I am reading. I'd like to point out a few I found interesting. First off lots of cell phones. Toledo police dept work schedule from 21/1/15 - 12/31/15. Also mentioned Copy of Justice for johnny page

3 security badges. Police baseball cap, 3 police t-shirts, 2 DEA police hats, a handgun and a shotgun.

Results of the Coroners investigation into the death of the woman who's house Tiffany ran to that night.. I searched the woman's name and found under the Toledo Oh Blade daily log the woman's name and cause of death which happened the next night on Dec 27, 2015. D. G. , 64, of Toledo, Dec. 27, at home. Accidental, morphine toxicity (heroin)

Lots more on the docket. This is just a few I thought I'd mention .

Pretrial is February 5, 2015 at 9 a.m.

Item #47 -- CD of the Justice for Johnny Facebook. I hope LE has all the posts; lots of them go towards motive, in my opinion. I think Tiffany's post from 12/11/14 (Post: #23367 upthread) where she tells the "psychotic" Clarkes to stay off her ass and wishes them luck with their investigation might come up in court. She was clearly responding to being harassed or threatened.

OTD, what heartbreaking news......a lifetime of memories gone...You say it was because of a self cleaning oven. Should I (or we) be worried about them being a fire hazard? I know you are thankful that you and your son got out safely, but how sad to lose your home...I am truly sorry.....
