Truthfully I was having a little venting/pity party moment. I put that shit online in places like this to minimize the embarrassment of posting that stupid shit on Facebook. I seem to be exceptionally good at pissing off evil vagina monsters, especially those more apt to be snotty and self righteous (see exhibit a, b, and c above).
The only reason I took exception to FQ2 trying to steal my moment was that the word Asshole means something deeply fundamental to my people, the professional Assholes of this world. It is our heritage and our legacy and in historic times Asshole was a term that carried significant meaning and persecution of Assholes by outside forces. Nowadays, every asshole like FQ2 wants to claim Asshole lineage or status, but not just any asshole can be an Asshole. We are a proud people. It is our word, we have taken it back from our opressors, and even if I call myself an Asshole that does not give others the right to do so. I hope this attempt at culture appropriation will not continue.

I read back over the thread.  Two people I considered assholes back then who have since regained their focus/mojo and changed my opinion:  Nancy Pelosi and Al Sharpton.

In terms of 2018 Mock assholes:  I nominate my friend Aussie.  I like her, a lot.  But, she finally came storming back in, made a splash, took some slack.........and then ran off again.  Such a tease. 

If Aussiefriend rolls in here before midnight PST though, I'll rescind the nomination and give it to the way less interesting, stable, and astute Aussie in our midst (FryGuy).
