I'm genuinely interested in knowing.
Have No $$$ problems whatsoever, so nothing to worry about there. (Own everything, so no mortgages, or loans to be paid)
We still have about 2-1/2 or so weeks food left, before we need to start to ration things.
Looking into "instacart shopping", so have time to get to use that.
Only worries, are to "not" get the virus!

Strange. On one hand I am thankful to still be working and have interactions (though some are jerks right now), on the other hand I feel a little jealous of those that are at home. And or those that are at home with their family. I miss my family terribly and was supposed to go see them this week, and will not be able to. I have a fear of never seeing my mom again. : (
I like that everything slowed down.
I like that this kind of makes people look at life in a different way.
But also I am operating like a robot. Trying to keep it all in. Its hard.
How are you doing Duchess?

Aww, baby love. I'm sorry you have that added stress. It's a scary time.
I'm okay. I'm up & I'm down. Sometimes stoned, sometimes stressed, sometimes pissed.

How are you doing Duchess? I'm jealous of the working people. I was mostly self isolating before the virus, but it was nice to have a reason to get up in the morning and get out of the apartment for 8 hours a day. Right now, my biggest concerns are hoping I get paid next week and hoping my car is ok since i haven't started it in a few days.i still have enough cash to pay rent and get groceries, but I'm worried if i don't get paid and this virus lockdown goes on longer, I won't be able to pay my bills. I know I sound selfish and they're are people in worse situations than me, but still I'm anxious and worried.

I want to preface this by saying I know how fortunate I am that this is my biggest problem right now. I'm not making light of anyone's situation, I know how awful it is out there.
I just used boxed color on my hair and while I'm hopeful, there is a very good chance I'll look like a monster when it's all done.

I haven't looked yet. My head is still wrapped in a towel. I feel apprehensive.

Are you just doing your roots or your whole head Duchess?
Root touch ups are super easy and there are several root touch up products that match very closely to almost any shade.

Just my roots, thank gawd. My hair is probably 1⁄2 doz. different shades of brown/blonde/red, somehow it works. Doing my roots was actually pretty simple & quick. And cheap! Way cheaper than the salon. Ha!

Oh good, I'm glad it turned out alright. It's definitely way cheaper and convenient to do touch ups at home.
I only go to the salon like twice a year (though I'm not concerned with perfection and it does look better when the stylist does it).
If you end up doing at home for a while, there's a good product that I just started using a few months ago. It's Revlon "Root Erase" and comes in a can. The color and toner is already mixed and you can use the can up to three times (which saves me a lot of money over other touch up products).
One thing though: if you try Root Erase, don't leave it on for more than 10 minutes and make sure you put vaseline all over your face first. It works faster than the other root touch up products I've used.
