Yeah I mean at first I was going to respond, " yeah of course I was naked" and then I was like , the kid is 9 years old, it just became really creepy in my head. So then my final response was going to be ,"No, I was in my furrie outfit"
OR I was going to say You put the cre in creepy.

I can't close the blinds all the way because of the AC unit, so I fashioned some curtains that hang from hooks the best way I can for privacy but there are gaps. I've been outside my window tho and you can't see in, from a distance but if you are standing right by the window you could. So I put a lid by my AC unit. He suddenly went away! When my son was around 8 years old, him and his friend were balancing along the edge of our wood privacy fence in the backyard just doing whatever the fuck it is that 8 year boys do. Anyway my 60 year old neighbor knocks on my door and tells me they are peeping on her. I really don't think they were purposely trying to look at her fugly ass, but who knows.

As long as he didn't see you throwing frisbees at the moon nobody is going to jail or therapy.

I went to the Indian store I always go to buy beer and Bhupen wouldn't sell to the black guy ahead of me because his ID expired on 4/20. Then the black guy tries to give him his prison ID and Bhupen doesn't go for that either. I would have just let the guy slide because he was clearly old enough. Then they get in this little argument and Bhupen yells out "you think you can get away with this because you're black". Oh no Bhupen, you didn't just go there. Is it racist if you're Indian though?

Yeah, my boss had a conversation like that once w/ a customer. The customer asked, "Are you just saying that becuase I'm black?" and my boss asked, "Are you just saying that because I'm white?" And they haven't had a problem since, but not all conversations work out like that.
The whole ID thing-I mean people have not been able to get thier ID's renewed-but they should be able to get something printed up at least. We've been able to accept ID's that are a couple of months out of date so far because of the circumstances. Maybe that store has had a problem and is being watched more? It could be a heavy fine, but srsly if the guy looks 60 that seems like a stretch.

I'm going to a yard sale in a few min and I think it's at the same house I went to a few years ago. The old lady had a garage full of old movie posters that she said she would be selling later. I'm hoping they still have them. When i went last time I bought a box of letters from the early 1800's and in it was a few newspapers on hemp paper from the late 1700's around the revolutionary war. I got that box for 40.00 I hope I'm right.

That sounds so interesting! Yard sales are fun. I haven't been to one in a long time. I like flea markets too.

Here is the 1791 newspaper I got last time it was not the same house though.

The story in the paper that's interesting is that the House and the Senate wanted Washington on the new coins but Washington said No that would make the coins look like a monarchy and so Lady Liberty ended up on the coins.

I can't believe I'm just learning that libraries used to be for whites only and I still wouldn't know better if it weren't for reading about John Lewis getting the National Book Award and him saying he couldn't get a library card in 1956 because libraries were for whites only. I don't consider myself a naive person but I am really sorta shocked that anyone would be denied access to a library.
