Is there a lot of pollen where you all are? My car is covered in it again. I could write my name in it.

I’m not noticing a lot but I’m still not able to run so I’m not as exposed. May is supposedly going to be brutal as far as allergies.

Taking y’all on my wild ride with my mom’s trust and siblings (whether u like it or not).

Woke up to a text from my brother this morning (he and I are co-trustees).

“Do you care if I take mom’s car?”.

Me: “I don’t care but (sister) might care a lot. Have you checked its blue book value?”.

Him: “This is where we might have to vote her out”.

face/palm. Nooooo, that would be illegal/immoral.

Me: “That would be like (sister) taking a piece of jewelry without recompense; we can’t do that from a fiduciary standpoint”.

Him: “oh, okay I guess”.

Burla2 hah

Actually, it's been funny & interesting watching this dynamic play out.   hah

My MIL, my aunt and my mom all passed away in the last two years and I’m still finalizing my aunt’s trust/estate (as trustee/executor) and now co-managing my mom’s. My husband is handling his mom’s estate and also has been involved in my mom’s and aunt’s because he was the financial advisor to them both.

It’s emotionally grueling and hard work. The only (tiny) bright spot is it’s unlikely we’ll ever have to be trustees or executors again. It’s like when you’re young you get sucked into participating in weddings and baby showers and stuff that become exhausting and now I’m exhausted dealing with people dying, lol.

But yes, some of the stupidity/drama makes me laugh.

I got my first death threat today. I said that kids don't particularly like taking pictures with the creepy Easter bunny at the mall. I know they don't, no one does. Well now my life is being threatened and I'm the reason abortion is legal. All I fucking said is that the kid looks scared and rightfully so, why photoshop him into looking happy? It's a photoshop group and now I'm getting death threats. I just have to stay off this stupid internet, it's ridiculous. I'm ashamed of myself actually.

Why would you be ashamed? You're allowed to express your opinion.

Because I'm on the internet fighting with strangers over something so stupid and trivial. I don't compare it to here, it's not the same. I should be ashamed of myself for participating in childish activity when I have more important things to do. That's why, I own my bullshit.

Oh c'mon! You're going to martyr yourself? Staaaph.

Why is it normal to argue with strangers on the internet about a fucking Easter Bunny photo to the point you pissed people off something awful? I know it's not normal, but I did it anyway. And for that I should reflect upon what it is that I'm doing with my life. No wonder it's going down the shitter.

And these nuts are pissed off! I mean really pissed off, I'm the cause of the Russian and Ukraine war and everything else under the sun. I am the reason Trump is president because I don't like tacky family pictures.

You've been doing that for as long as I've known you! You love winding up those tightassed bitches and now you want to feel ashamed? Shut the front door!

This whole thing made me laugh. I'm so sorry. OMG
WTF
People are too serious

Whenever I feel like making a comment I just stop-because seriously whenever I do-it is never received the way I intended. (In the outside internet world, not here)
