Oh hell, so what? You're 10 years in on your 45 year mortgage on the double-wide? You've got a case of Bud Light in the cooler, you eat out at KFC at least once a week and your kids are comfortably going to be able to afford local community college classes?
No double wide here, and no mortgage on either our northern villa & or our southern villa. "0" credit card debt, pay cash for everything, including our 3 cars. (2 luxury, 1 average) Never drank beer, we do eat out 3 to 4 times a week, and at fine restaurants, and kids, all 4, went to notable colleges.
