One of the thugs mentioned in the murder thread said he was going to Iraq so he could kill legally. That's not verbatim & if I recall correctly he posted that for all the world to see.
That remark would have had to have been made by an obviously im mature ass who just didn't think it all the way through, soldiers can and do kill legally, but they are also killed legally by the other side.
He was in Iraq and currently with the National Guard. Nice, huh? The military enlisted lots of gang bangers. I think they're trying to undo that and be more careful but the damage is done.
