Help me . . . I'm mildly curious.
Why do homosexual couples feel the need to declare their marital position as either husband or wife?
What's the criteria to be a same-sex "husband" or "wife"?
Does the father give the "bride" away or does the mother give away the "groom"?
Is audible flatulence an acceptable response to the ceremony's challenge: "Speak now or forever hold your peace."?
And then there's that Maid of Honor and Best Man thing . . .
