I believe she killed Caylee. I do not believe it was an accident.
After reading the posts in this thread, many have commented on the pro and cons of both the prosecution and defense. "The prosecution didn't . . . " and "The defense didn't . . . "
For this reason (and the fact I think Casey was trying to 'work' male jurors), I don't believe they will convict on 1st degree murder.
But she ain't gonna walk.
And she'll convert to a fringe LDS sect, marry both Lee and George and suffer conjugal visits from both.
