I believe she will be found guilty on one of the lesser charges - 2nd Degree possibly. I believe the judge will sentence her to the max on any charges she is found guilty of and any additional years that can be added for extenuating circumstances. Can she be sentenced to LWOP for any of the lesser offenses or is that limited to 1st Degree?
