It's been all over the news here too. I don't quite get how they used the information they hacked; I haven't heard any specific examples.

No I didn't, seven and a half million copies were printed so unless the Earth turns into Kevin Costners Waterworld I can't see the last edition being valuable.
Basically cellphones have a four digit pin that blocks access to voicemail messages left on it, most people are unaware of this and they never change the default pin which is usually 1234 or 1111. So someone with a cellphone and your cellphone number can access your voicemail messages unless you have changed the pin to protect them.
