Well why don't you and a neighborhood made up of people like you, try getting enslaved and oppressed wholesale for a few centuries followed by some severe widespread discrimination and abuse, raised in that culture as a less-than, then denied jobs and access? That way, you can tell us first hand how quick your entire neighborhood snapped out of that silly laziness.
Until then, your "not sure" doesn't reflect your racist zeal and pretending.
Stop pretending you are surprised by how dysfunctional Blacks are in some ways since you are "not sure." Or do you want to still keep pretending you are surprised?
