Well, if you are a PAIN IN THE ASS, and there are many of you, that would be a plural to a single pain in the ass. ::dunno::

Actually, there are many of us pains, but you still only have one ass. Therefore the proper structure of that phrase would be "you pains in my ass". Multiple pains, one ass.

Not if I deem each one of you a Pain In The Ass unit. I am not talking about my ass necessarily, as it is just a name. What would be the plural of it in that case?

Directly or cryptically, you still have only one ass. We are pains, multiple, but you have ONE ass, singular. Why is this difficult for you to grasp? Did you never make it to 4^th grade?
