There is no evidence that Zimmerman confronted or accosted Trayvon either though right? It is an assumption at this point. Do we know for a fact that Trayvon was not up to no good? Is it possible that he WAS acting suspicious and casing homes or cars? Do we know for certain that he wasn't trying to rob or car jack Zimmerman? My point is we dont KNOW any of that with enough certainty to pass judgement. Why havent the recordings the girlfriend supposedly had been made public I wonder?
I don't think the g/f recorded her calls (unlike the 911 tapes that Zimmerman made) so I think it's only her word regarding what was said.
Trayvon had a point of origin and a point of destination; there's no basis or history to assume he was up to "no good".
There is evidence that Zimmerman was confronting Trayvon based on his 911 calls. Clearly he assumed Trayvon was up to no good and he was following him; we know that much.
