How harmful is this?

Okay, that's disturbing. Probably not a violation of any law or rights, but it pisses me off. Political activists trying to use guilt and shame within a constituency in order to motivate its individuals (to vote). A strategy ripped straight out of the Organized Religion Playbook. Invasive.

It looks like the tactic has been used in other states. I have never seen it myself.

Never seen it in my backyard either; hope I never do. My neighbors know what I choose to tell them and show them, period. I don't want what I do and don't do published and distributed, with regard to any personal activity (including voting).

One day I'll tell you about my multiple "exchanges" with late pm census takers showing up at my door. Talk about invasive. I'll post it in the Drunken Thread next time I have a chance to get a little tipsy. Best recalled while under the influence. hah
