use ubiquinol, not ubiquinone for your q10, btw. I take 400 daily liquid. I also use olive leaf extract, cinammon and ester-c and I have the best numbers on cholesterol I ever had. I'm off Plavix next week, and I only had the bruising. My muscle def is better than it's ever been, but I try to do daily interval training.
I have a good friend that grows garlic, I eat at least a bulb every day. Apple cider vinegar makes me gag, the lisinopril low dose and 60-75 minutes of cardio daily take care of that pretty well, I've been a religious 120⁄80 for a year now. A1C is down to 6.1 also...thats the grape leaf, I think.
