I had everything except for the fresh parsley & I couldn't remember the last time I had used the bread crumbs so I trashed them.
I like ground beef, but switched to ground turkey when I was going leaner - was surprised that I actually like the meatballs better.
If you have saltines or Ritz crackers, those work in place of bread crumbs. I always add a little bit of Lawry's taco seasoning mix to my meatballs. (Damn it, I'm getting hungry now.)
