You mean besides physically having the strength to hold a number 2 pencil and fill out the application?

He's probably not the only applicant & they probably all have similar skills so he's going to have to be memorable in some way. He needs to offer them something that makes them want him above all others.

A sincere desire and ability to work would be a plus. Telling them he's just applying for the job because his mom is about to kick him out might not work so well. j/s

I have "a" desire and ability to work, I just need to find a company that has "a" desire and ability to hire me.
