I understand your position. It's an important right that we have and for good reason.

I'm not sure how I would handle it myself. If the request was in regards to a missing child and I had nothing to hide, I'd probably let them in to do a cursory search for the child, but quickly stash a few things outta sight first.

This was published today in Huffington Post:

An apparent Facebook exchange has surfaced between 12-year-old murder victim Autumn Pasquale and one of her alleged killers.

The exchange, which took place four days before the Clayton, N.J. girl disappeared, was initiated by Pasquale after one of the suspects posted a photo of a BMX bike on his Facebook page. The photo and the subsequent exchange were initially accessible to the public, but have since been removed from public view.

[Pasquale:] "Is that ur bike?"
[Boy:] "Yeupp"
[Pasquale:] "Thts sexy!"
[Boy:] "lol thxx ... cme 2 my house."

The article doesn't say if this was the Facebook exchange that allegedly made the boys' mother suspicious.

I'm curious to learn what Autumn's last text was about and who it was sent to, though LE says it didn't imply that she was in danger (sent at around 2 pm the day she went missing).
